xercise in All Inclusion "I - ness"



Imagine the sense of "I am" expanding out from the individual personality and body, to include the room, other people and objects.

Keep expanding this sense of "I am", to include the building you are in and its surroundings. When we have included these things into this sense of "I am", then keep expanding to include the country, the nation, the world, the solar system, the Universe, the Totality of the manifest, all the names and forms.

Now, keep expanding to include Absolute fullness. That fullness of being, pure consciousness without form, beyond birth and death - the All Permanent I ness. Pure, unalloyed consciousness and bliss.

Now, keep expanding to include Absolute emptiness. Unalloyed emptiness. The All Permanent Emptiness.

You have expanded the sense of "I am ness" to include the whole of eternal existence in this exercise.
