Through out the day, we will connect and be connected with on the second chakra. This is inevitable, as most people are completely unaware of energetic living.
So, at the beginning and end of every day, we need to clear out all the inappropriate 2nd chakra connections, and send the more appropriate heart chakra energy to all those connections.
By performing this activity daily, we avoid building up a large obstacle in the 2nd chakra.
Daily cleaning is a must for all energetically aware people.
