It is rather unclear what should be the advantage of this template compared to {{PD-ineligible}}. The text is unnecessarily long and complex. Furthermore, there is no translation to the language of the country that is concerned. Leyo 21:20, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Leyo or better still use {{PD-textlogo}}, since almost all images at Category:TOO-Germany show logos or brand name ID's.  Delete this TOO template. Photos of very simple architecture and visual art from Germany can be slapped with {{PD-structure|GER}}. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 06:16, 31 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I agree to  Delete this template. I made {{TOO-Germany}} after seeing {{TOO-South Korea}} used in File:Haeundae Beach 20200522 003.jpg and {{TOO-US}} used in File:Apple 1 Infinite Loop.JPG. In the case of South Korea, where there is no freedom of panorama for commercial use, or the United States, where freedom of panorama is limited to buildings, {{TOO-South Korea}} and {{TOO-US}} can be used in simple signs or simple sculptures which cannot be copyrighted, however, freedom of panorama is for all works located in outdoor public spaces in Germany, so {{TOO-Germany}} is useless.
