Description
Español: Business observation tool es una herramienta que permita diseñar ideas de negocio de alto impacto. Al costado derecho de la herramienta se encuentran los factores relacionados a los mínimos de observación de un (Lugar)(Personas)(Historia) del entorno de mercado destinado; a la izquierda están los elementos personales por quien diseña el negocio y debajo se encuentran los factores de macro entorno que inciden en la ejecución de la idea. En el centro del modelo se encuentran los recursos y las motivaciones como ejes que permiten la viabilidad del mismo. Business model observation esta relacionado con la herramienta Business life model, como paso posterior para la elaboración de modelos de negocio diferenciadores.
