Summary
[edit]Description1e7m comparison.png |
English: en:Uranus, en:Neptune, en:Sirius B, en:Earth and en:Venus, to scale. Note that my interpretation of Sirius's surface is entirely my own speculation, and I am not an astronomer.
Planetary texture maps (with the exception of Earth) and Earth's cloud map from en:Celestia, used under the GPL, version 2. Earth's surface is a monthly Blue Marble Next Generation image from en:NASA, and thus public domain. Physical information is based on the Wikipedia articles about the respective bodies. My own contributions to this image (mainly Sirius B) are available under the GPL, v. 2, and other licenses. See en:User:Paul Stansifer/Size comparison for more details and the other licenses. |
