Description
English: Sakya Monastery, Tibet. Sakya Monastery was founded in 1073, by Konchok Gyelpo and is situated about 130 km west of Shigatse on the road to Tingri.The monastery is the seat of the Sakya or Sakyapa school of Tibetan Buddhism.
Français : Monastère de Sakya, au Tibet. Ce monastère, fondé en 1073 par Konchok Gyelpo se trouve 130 km à l'ouest de Shigatse sur la route menant à Tingri. Ce monastère est le centre de l'école Sakya, ou Sakyapa, du bouddisme tibetain.
Italiano: Monastero di Sakya, Tibet. Il Monastero di Sakya fu fondato nel 1073 da Konchok Gyelpo e si trova a circa 130 Km ad ovest di Shigatse sulla strada per Tingri. Il monastero di Sakya è la sede della scuola buddista tibetana Sakyapa.
