Huaisu (J. Kaiso; K. Hoeso) (634-707) was a Chinese vinaya master during the Tang dynasty. He was a student of Xuanzang and Daoxuan. He studied the Four-Part Vinaya and wrote is own commentary on the vinaya.[1]
He established a Vinaya school known as the East Pagoda vinaya school (Dongta lu zong).[1]
