Lalanā

lalanā (T. brkyang ma). "Left channel." One of the three primary channels (nāḍī) of the subtle body, along with the central channel (avadhūtī) and the right channel (rasanā).[1]

The left channel is often described as either white or red, depending on the system of practice.[2]
