Muladhara chakra

muladhara chakra ("root chakra"). Located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae. The word Muladhara breaks down into two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning “root” and Adhara, which means “support” or “base.”[1]
The root chakra is said to be associated with a sense of safety and security.[1]
It is also said to be the base of the central channel.
