This has an optional first parameter of oldid e.g. {{WP id|625767140|2014|9}} will generate the source page url as:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:WP id&oldid=625767140
and the author page as
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:WP id&oldid=625767140&action=history&year=2014&month=9
(Note, the page it takes you to depends on the oldid rather than the title - that particular id takes you to an old version of the page for the Rimé movement)
Optional parameters are
1: oldid (defaults to 625767140 for purposes of testing the template)
2: year (defaults to 2014)
3: month (defaults to 9)
4: Displayed page name for the page it is imported from (defauls to the name of the page it is added) - also used url-encoded for the source url
