The art of prayer, positive thinking, and focused affirmation, involves the ability to hold beneficial thought forms in the mind for a period of time. The physical, mental, and emotional centres (the seven chakras) of a human being are all integrated and interlinked. We can heal ourselves by positive thinking and affirmation and by the same process we can harm ourselves and others by negative thinking.
By praying, by persuading our (often selfish and petty) personality to be of benefit to our fellow beings, we can create a positive, spiritual environment at the places that we focus our mind upon. With a little practice, we can create this atmosphere anywhere on the planet. We can send loving and healing energy by our thought forms.
The individual mind is part of the collective mind. The individual mind is the focus of attention that the individual chooses on thought forms that exist in the collective mind. Every individual is plugged into the collective mind
Societies exist on conditioned focus of attention on certain thought forms in the collective mind
The power of prayer is to change the focus of attention of the individual to higher thought forms of love, co-operation, peace and harmony. Prayer is an EGO BUSTING TECHNIQUE!
The Power of Prayer is to work on the mental level of the collective mind of the World.
The attention of large groups of individuals to higher thought forms through prayer, remembrance and meditation can radically alter the pattern of dominant thought forms in the collective mind, thus bringing about a change of experience on the physical plane
Focusing the mind on prayer to the trouble-spots of the globe can send good vibrations of peace, tolerance, understanding, wisdom and LOVE to that area.
The power of the human mind is very great. By using it for the benefit of all, we can create unlimited good for One and All.
We are only truly great when we work lovingly and co-operatively with God and His Energy.
Also, prayer is a very good antidote for inflated egoism as it encourages the ego/personality to think of others, as opposed to just thinking selfishly of our own self.
