CONTROL AND BLAME

Power Battles of the SELFISH EGO.

When we are being controlled, dominated, exploited, or manipulated by a person, then we are being subjected to the overbearing influence of anothers WILL POWER - Manipura Chakra. If an external force is controlling us and we don't like it, then we show signs of the opposite force - BLAME.

Both control and blame are exhibitions of unbalanced Manipura Chakra energies. The controller is over-developed in their Manipura and the blamer is underdeveloped.

The habit of blaming can be worked upon by developing the Manipura Chakra and Visuddhi (Throat) Chakra, so that we can learn how to express and assert ourselves correctly.

Over-control and domineering can be balanced by developing the Anahata (Heart) Chakra - learning compassion, understanding, and empathy; the ability to put ourselves in another's shoes. With all these problems, we need to be learning to balance our own system first so that we can improve the relationship.

Another realisation that helps us to overcome blaming ourselves and others is to understand that all the negative, embarrassing, painful, and unpleasant experiences in life are all given to us to help us learn important life lessons.

IT'S ALL PART OF LIFE. All these alpha experiences are part of our growth and development. Without them we would not learn.

From the lotus comes from the mud. The gold from the alchemical lead. It's all part of the process. From the bitterness of heather comes sweetness of honey. The alpha to the omega.

So we can learn to thank God for these lessons understanding them to be important and valid for our soul development.
