"If we do not heal our inner selves; our child, our teenager, our early adult, then we cannot really become real adults." |
Why is this so?
Because the hurt past personalities will always exert an influence upon our ordinary adult self. We may find that the family we are making does not run how we wanted it to. We may find many problems in relating to the world and to others, and we may become unhappy and ill at ease with our adult life.
None of us wish this situation for ourlselves or for others, that is why we want all of us to partake in the healing process so that we may become happy and make a happy, loving and peaceful world for one and for all.
This vision of peace, love and happiness is not possible without everybody taking responsibility for their own healing. Like anything in life, healing is not difficult once we make a commitment and get going, in fact it is remarkably good fun!
Healing, meditation, love, Enlightenment. Because the more we do, the more light hearted and fun we become. Our soul shines through when we remove the dark clouds of ignorance.
