The Small whole mind. This refers to the seven chakra system of the individual human expression commonly referred to as "the soul". The soul is not the ego. The ego represents the entirely selfish part of each person - that which can be overcome.
Each of our little chakras is a reflection of the Macrocosmic expression of the same phenomena, the same Universal building blocks, functions, and expressions of life. All this variety and diversity is the expression of the same seven elements: The Seven Chakras and The Three Gunas. From the sprawling wonders of the interstellar star systems to the thoughts in our minds, it's all the same stuff.
The microcosmic mind - the soul - expressed in terms of the seven chakras, is a creation of the macrocosmic mind, all the little copies (the individual souls) exist within the expressions of the Macrocosmic Mind. The individual's little chakras are created by the Macrocosmic mind. The individual human being is a microcosmic copy of the macrocosmic blueprint, therefore we have within ourselves all the understanding of the Universe - if we know how to access it. Yoga is the scientific process of understanding, accessing, and experiencing our whole self, the Absolute Union of Microcosmic and Macrocosmic Mind.
The large universal Mind. This refers to the Universal expression of the chakras including the human expression. So, all physical bodies of all the species in creation is a Macrocosmic expression of one of the qualities of the macrocosmic base chakra.
So, each chakra has a Micro and Macro Cosmic expression.
Microcosmic Union is the interactivity, communication and relationships that occur between aspects of the Macrocosmic Universal Mindstuff.
Macrocosmic Union is the experience that a soul (an aspect of the mindstuff) may have when they realise the underlying Unity of All Life that is behind the appearance of diversity and separation.
The micro / macro cosmic relationship - the experience of many individuals and many universes - exists up to the Ajna Chakra. At the Ajna Chakra the experience of duality (thus diversity) begins to end and beyond Ajna Chakra their is only the experience of complete Unity without name or form (thus with no Mind - Mind being the experience of diversity and variety) - symbolically represented by the Sahasrara Chakra. We - the microcosmic individuals - are born from the womb of the macrocosmic mind of God - the macrocosmic Ajna Chakra, we are all just thoughts in the One Macrocosmic Mind and Ajna is born from the very source of all creatures great and small - God.
The whole expression of All diversity is a mere ripple in the Eternal and Infinite Ocean of pure, unalloyed, blissful consciousness.
Each individual Soul is ultimately an expression and experience of the Universal Spirit. A spark from the Fire of The Universal Source. A drop in the Eternal and Infinite Ocean of Blissful Joyous awareness, beyond all names and forms and beyond all changes. All the appearances of changes in forms - birth, growth, maintenance, decay, death - are simply expressions of activity in each chakra of the Great Unified and Universal Mind of God.
"We (the souls) are things that dreams are made of..."
In Buddhism this manifestation is called "an appearance of mind", "an emanation from emptiness". The emptiness refers to the source of all creation and the appearance of mind is the activity of the seven chakras.
