I'm using Lugol's iodine (I recommended Survival Shield X2 nascent iodine from infowars) right now as that's what I have on hand, it's definitely working. I just came across this more traditional method (not sure if it hits the whole body but it's working fantastic - much better than the iodine!) Will be using both to cover all bases.
I mostly drink distilled/ Reverse Osmosis water that is remineralized, so I'm good there. I have a carbon filter setup from infowars but tap water is so horrific here that I hardly use that water.

Kidney blockage experience:
Several years ago, my partner shared with me that after her previous relationship her skin was always poor, and more recently she also pointed out that if the other person was doing well in life, she was always having particularly bad skin at the same time. She kept in touch with this individual from time to time, and was thus aware of his whereabouts.
I realized that there was something metaphysical going on there, but at the time had not started EE so put it out of my mind. After all, what could I do about it?
I study health, herbology, and naturopathy as a passion, which I intend to convert to a business in service of others. So, along the way I learned, bad skin = lymphatic congestion = poor kidney function. A month or so ago, I finally put together the clues - this guy had implanted her to siphon off her kidney energy! Once this came to me, since I was starting Level 3, I also realized I could help her with it.
I put forth the idea of us removing this blockage together (she is already familiar with this kind of thing, though not an EE student). She agreed, but wanted to make sure the other party would be okay. As it turns out, she was aware of what he had done, minus the specifics of how, but knew that otherwise this guy's kidneys may be in pretty bad shape. She had compassionately allowed her kidneys to be drained so that this person would be better off, thinking it was temporary.
She contacted the former liaison of hers and made her intentions clear, of removing the blockage, and asked for him to remove it himself. The answer - Not happening, but she was free to disconnect herself. Certainly, this person is not as compassionate as she. One wonders how many others he's pulling energy from, as he is doing quite well in life professionally.
So, just over a week ago we sat down to ground the blockage. She tackled the blockage itself through her proprietary/intuitive methods she's known for years, and I used Level 2 EE techniques to address all the supporting and connected blockages to make the process of removing the blockage thorough. About 15 minutes into the session, both of us started to have rather intense kidney pains. We powered through it, and 30 minutes later we had finished.
At first I thought that my experience of kidney pain during grounding was due to feedback from her energy field. However, over the next few days, she and I BOTH experienced great healing in the form of improved kidney function. This led to another realization - I had been unintentionally implanted via her with the same blockage! No wonder why I had such difficulty getting my own kidneys in shape.
She mentioned afterward, that following her request for him to remove the blockage, she had actually been having serious kidney pain ongoing, in addition to the usual. Sounds like he was pulling extra energy, getting prepared to disconnect. Her kidney pain went away just after the grounding and her skin is rapidly improving. She is very thankful for regaining her health and my assistance in the matter.
Just yesterday, I had the thought, that there are most likely still cords connecting the two of them. Guess what? Turns out he had reached out to her, asked how she got along with the removal, and made her aware of the fact that there were still cords remaining, so that she knew to get rid of them as well. This guy is certainly no monster, - although he may be a minion - only his worldview and clearly conscience (at times) is impacted by his own blockages. You can be sure that Energy Enhancement Level 4 will be employed in short order to clear any negative energetic attachments between them, and heal the positive ones.
What I learned/ affirmed through this experience:1- Health problems are fundamentally caused by implant blockages
2- Herbs and diet can only manage these situations; the implant blockage is always stronger (trust me, we tried!)
3- We have the power to heal ourselves and others, EE techniques being the most effective tools to do so
4- The people who do the implanting are not all shadowy, utterly evil people even though they are connected to evil people for whom they work knowingly or unknowingly as a minion! In fact, I had met this fellow briefly and found it easy to relate.
5- Your loved ones have already probably implanted you without meaning to, due to the way this type of implant blockage is designed
Very grateful for this experience, and for EE to have given me the tools to be of service to others - I've reached the point where I can effect what would otherwise be referred to as a medical miracle. It brings me great joy to further expand, healing and awakening Self and others.
