prajñācaksus (P. paññācakkhu; T. shes rab kyi spyan ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་; C. zhihui yan) is translated as "wisdom eye," etc. It is one of the "five types of eye" (pañcacaksus).[1]
In the Pali tradition, the wisdom eye is one of the five types of extraordinary vision of the Buddha.[1]
In the Sanskrit tradition, the wisdom eye knows all conditioned and unconditioned dharmas (saṃskṛta-asaṃskṛta), and is free from all projections.[1]
