Copywrite issue

Regarding the copywrite issue mentioned on the Wikipedia page, I have looked at the site "Eastern Spirituality" and noticed that at least two of their definitions are taken largely from wikipedia articles that I had written years ago--the articles and Cetana and Vicara (mostly taken from Wikipedia). (See: http://www.eastern-spirituality.com/glossary/spirituality-terms/v-definitions).

So I think it is likely that most of their article on Channa was also taken from Wikipedia. Dorje108 (talk) 15:46, 2 June 2018 (UTC)

Life as monk

I removed this section from the lede, until we can find a source for it:

Due to his lone accompaniment of the Buddha on his renouncement, Channa behaved in an overbearing way to the other monks, and frequently criticized the two chief disciples Sariputta and Moggallana. In spite of continual advice from The Buddha he continued to abuse the other monks. Prior to the parinibbana, the Buddhainstructed Ananda to impose the brahmadanda on Channa, whereby the other monks would simply ignore him. After the parinibbana, Channa learned of the decree, and feeling remorse for his behaviour, he fainted three times before asking and obtaining pardon. He eventually became an arahant.
