Optional parameters are

1: Complete url (defaults to //nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ringu_Tulku_Rinpoche for purposes of testing the template but don't rely on this)
2: Name of wiki (defaults to Netherlands Wikipedia for testing, but don't rely on this as it may change)
3: Displayed page name for source wiki (defauls to displayed page name for the page it is added to)ay get changed, always give the wiki)
4: Author page, typically history page for the source article (defaults to [url&action=history view authors])
5: License text, defaults to Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License
