Tirthika

tīrthika (P. titthiya; T. mu stegs pa; C. waidao 外道). An adherent of non-Buddhist views, as defined in Buddhist literature.[1]
The term is typically used to refer to the followers the non-Buddhist Indian schools, such as the Jaina or Ajivaka schools (which were contemporaneous with early Buddhism), or the later Sāṃkhya tradition.[1]
