Understanding.
So, we are taking for granted that you have read and understood our previous lessons concerning "The Mind of the One", "The Nature of the Absolute, and through your understanding have come to comprehend that Yoga Wisdom is a path of Absolute Understanding concerning the nature of the relative manifestation (The All Mind, The Mind of the One), and the nature of the source of all things - The Absolute Consciousness (Self, Brahman, God, Tao, etc..)
Yoga wisdom is a path that takes us out of the mind by knowledge and understanding. Within the All Mind are all the thought forms that ever will be. All possible bodies and states of mind are available within the All Mind - for they cannot exist elsewhere. In the human form, the individual is given the tools of intellect and mental / emotional understanding to grasp this ultimateTruth, this ultimate Dharma. The definition of Dharma being - That which protects one from all miseries, ignorance's, and miscomprehension concerning the nature of life and the correct approach to gain mastery with and successful living of.

This Yoga Dharma - Santana Dharma - is thus the collection of thought forms that exist in the All Mind, which guides the individual to liberation from all darkness, miscomprehension, and ignorance. The Yoga Dharma is the light of the mindstuff and serves all who would take refuge from delusion and ignorance.
The Yoga Dharma is the root of all religious and spiritual traditions of this world - Buddhism, Zen, Tao, Muslim, Christian, and all other recognized and trustworthy practices. This Yoga Dharma is the highest thought-form available to humanity, and has stood the test of time - being the oldest recorded spiritual tradition.
By following and studying Yoga Dharma - or "Yoga" as it is frequently referred to - one is guided to the ultimate realization and Self-realization of the Universe.

Or in other words, that the manifestation of diversity that we know as the relative universe of names and forms, is indeed all mere thought in the Mind of the One, and that the One is the immortal and eternal light and consciousness - never born and never dying.
By following Yoga Dharma - the path beyond all sorrow, beyond all duality - one overcomes the fears of life and the fears of death. The individual identifies with the Absolute, immortal and eternal consciousness (Brahman) - the creator and source of all creations - and thus understands that the body, the mind, and all the individual souls are instruments in the mind of the Absolute and that this play we call "life" is in fact an appearance in the mind of the Absolute.
May All Beings Grow Closer to Liberation with this Knowledge.
