Meditation is the basis of the Energy.
Although Dance performances are optional, Sacred Dance Course Director Devi Dhyani from Argentina, one of the great performers of Sacred dance, will teach those wanting to Raise Energy through their dance, yoga, meditation and advanced Energy Enhancement techniques.
There are regular dance performances including Dervish Whirling.
Devi also performs, amongst many others, "The Sacred Dances of Gurdjieff" and creates sacred dances from "Ravels Bolero" whose rythms are based on Sufi motifs, Carmina Burana, Raga Bairavi by Bimsen Joshi in the Sufi, Flamenco and Classical Indian Styles.
Devi started as a simple ballet teacher but now teaches "Dancing through the Chakras" - seven movements and styles which access and train the Seven Energy Centres or Chakras. She teaches that dance is based on access to the soul. She teaches How and not What to dance. She teaches that dance is based on meditation.
This course is for the young in heart who want to spend time building their energy bodies in a wonderful, sunny, location close to the beach with good air, Non Pesticided food and Spring water.
Who want to devote themselves to spiritual practise. Who want to learn the most advanced course of Energetic development available in the world today. Who want to become Therapists and Practitioners for the benefit of the World.

The One Year Residential Course Costs - UK£6590 (x1.5 for US dollars) per session of 3 months including accommodation and food. Scholarships and Apprenticeship for the course fees available in return for work.
1. When does the first year of the next three year course start?
The next course will start the end of November 2002.
2. How much in advance does a student need to book the course?
As soon as possible so that we can arrange accommodation and prepare for you. You need to send a deposit.of £3000 to book your place.
3. How much are the year -course fees? UK Pounds £6950 (x1.5 for dollars) per session of 3 months (x1.5 for dollars) including tuition and materials, accommodation and food paid in advance.Scholarships Under special circumstances Scholarships are available. You need to apply giving your circumstances as to why you think you should be given a scholarship. Scholarships are only given in return for working for The Synthesis of Light (SOL) for 20 hours per week.

We will be in India, Spain or South America though we work in English, Spanish or Italian.

4. Computer literate and a computer would be handy although not essential.7. How much training is involved? Each Student will be expected to spend at least 2 hours per day in private practice on Syllabus items. There will be at least one session per working day, teaching that which is on the syllabus.. One Stage of Energy Enhancement techniques per month. The Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, Dancing through the Chakras and other Syllabus Items Examinations will be at the end of the Residential Course Session.
2. Out Students Course at our centers.
Come to live in the area where we are. Usually Spain May-September. India or South America - December-April. Find your own food and Accommodation.
Take the courses you wish over 3 months.

The Ancient Roman Columns at the Ruins of Empuries as the Sun Goes down.
Empuries, just outside of L'Escala, is the Oldest Greek and Roman site in Spain, an Ancient Trading Center which was first Founded 3000 years ago.
We
watch the sun go down over it and its 3 magnificent beaches as the Sun goes Down
from our favourite Cafe, feeling the Energy of this Center of Energy which is
Empuries.
Empuries contains this Statue of Asklepius, the God of Healing whose other name is the Egyptian Priest and Alchemist, Hermes Trismegistus, here pictured standing in the Temple of Asklepius in Empuries

Didn’t have too many expectations other than
having a fairly chilled out week doing some yoga and meditation which I most
certainly got.

L’Escala and environs is something of an
education if your experience of Spain to date has been high rises and package
tourists….forget all that …instead think….roman ruins…beautiful villages…..terrific
beaches ….bucolic countryside…...fabbo sunsets …. and more than a few good
bottles of grape juice……..in short, something of a revelation……..not a
stuffed donkey in sight …honest!
Biggest surprise of the week goes to Energy
Enhancement….
Kind of difficult to summarise but I find it to
be a pretty effective method of self-analysis combined with a strategy for
dealing with whatever ‘shows up’ as a result of all the digging…………from
a personal viewpoint it allowed me to work on two areas which although I was
aware of, I didn’t really have much of a clue as to how to deal with
………….one of the blockages in particular was kinda heavy (see gay men and
their mothers volume 1 chapter 23) but being with Satchi and Devi made it
do-able………..not going to say too much about your would-be hosts ‘cos I
don’t want to make them blush ……….think I’ll leave it at….. ‘Inspired
and Inspiring’

Salvadore Dali, Narcissus.
A bony hand reaches out of the Earth holding the Sol Symbol, Golden Egg, Symbolising the Higher Self/Soul. Dali means, the body dies, but the Soul lives on so why are we so egotistical!!! To the left we see Narcissus looking at his beauty reflected in the water. The selfish ego preening, not realising his immanent death or his Higher Self. The dog is decrepit and rotting. The people are talking, not realising we can see through them in their nakedness. The God/Statue is on the Board as in a Masons temple.
The Extraordinary Salvadore Dali Museum, created by this flawed Genius, is based, 45minutes away from L'Escala, in Figueres. Salvadore Dali lived just north of L'Escala in Cadaques. Trips available on request!!!
