We love and appreciate quality. We trust skillful practice.
Skills and quality enhance life and used wisely bring much happiness and joy to
life. To be a healthy cell in the universal body of life then we need to be able
to do things skillfully. Then life becomes easier for everybody. Then life is
ENHANCED for everybody. The quality of life is improved for one and for all.
If we approach life from the perspective of the
selfish ego with the motivation of "what can I get?" then our life
energy diminishes and this effects everybody else too. We can turn this around
the minute we begin to think and act
spiritually, the minute we choose to think
"what can I give?" That's Spiritual thinking! That's the Spirit!
To give appropriately and effectively is a skill
that we can learn. We give with Love and good will. In Yoga, this love and
goodness is called your "Bhavana", in Buddhism they call your "Bodhichitta",
it simply means "good motivation." It's the ordinary expression of the
healthy heart chakra.
We can nurture and enhance our bhavana/bodhichitta/loving
good heart by many wonderful techniques such as LAMRIM
buddhism and Energy
Enhancement.
With daily practice, we can nurture and improve
our life skills so that we can begin to offer great quality services to life,
spreading goodwill and happiness, and of course paying our way in the world.
Now that's what I call Wisdom!
GO FOR IT WITH SKILL AND LOVING KINDNESS! And all
will be well for One and All.
It's well to remember who it is who that is the
Universe and all the creatures. Who is it?
