Antahkarana Monument of Rosario. Designed by a Mason,
surrounded by the four elements it is said by Spiritual Masters to be a focus
for the Spiritual Energies which are now energising Rosario.
There are many
places in Rosario where Tango Masters give
expositions.
The Monument and
flowering Jacaranda Trees down near the river, Rosario. On the other side of the
river you see the sand banks where people take the sun and bathe in the river.
Beneath is La Florida beach in Rosario and the new bridge on the side of the
River Parana, which is 50 kilometers wide at this point. We also take trips to
the sandbanks sunbathing on the other side and over to Victoria and the
Benedictine Monastery on the other side.

LEVEL ONE
INTRODUCTION
My name is Chris. I am 57 years old. I live near Brighton,
Sussex, UK. I have been married to Vanessa for 28 years, and I have a
married daughter - Melissa, and a 22 year old son Alexander. I also have a 1
year old granddaughter - Isabelle. After 33 years continuous service in a
stressful environment of an Operational Management position I elected for
early retirement in 2001. I have recently started some part time work, which
is stress free and enjoyable.
I have just completed Level 1 of the Energy Enhancement
course in L'Escala, Spain. The full course consists of four parts - Levels 1
to 4.
This is a short testimonial of my experience during those
seven days. It is intended for the benefit of anyone who knows me and wishes
to read it, but essentially it is for myself, my wife Vanessa, and the
course leaders - Satchi and Devi.
WHY AM I HERE?
First, it is important to say why I am here on the course as
I have not previously had any personal knowledge, experience, practice or
training in meditation. Nor had I the desire to go in this direction, but I
also knew the situation could not stay as it was. I see myself and I know
that I faced the greatest challenge of all my fellow students, each one of
which is at a further advanced level than me. I was concerned that this lack
of previous knowledge would also affect the other course members and course
leaders as I was aware that I did not want to be a burden or slow things
down whilst I tried to keep up.
In real terms I only have the little knowledge which I have
gained from Vanessa, although I have met Satchi and Devi on two previous
occasions, both here in Spain, and earlier this year In Argentina when
Vanessa completed all Levels of Energy Enhancement.
It is always a pleasurable and lasting experience to see
them and to be in their company is a benefit on its own. I trust them
totally, and when Vanessa first met them in May 2003 it was a difficult time
for us in our relationship and I feel that the two weeks she spent with them
at this time helped us to move forward together in a similar, albeit not
exactly the same direction, instead of an opposing one which was developing
before she came on the course.
Also, I am here to support Vanessa in her spiritual life and
her path to enlightenment, but also to try and understand and experience for
myself, and most of all benefit from following such a path. I wanted and
tried hard to be focussed and open minded. Otherwise, there is no point in
being here we needed to join together on a spiritual path. I have come to
realise that we cannot continue as husband and wife without some changes in
our lives, and since her journey is like an unstoppable train, then it is I
that must jump off the platform and board the train - NOT UNDER IT.
THE LEVEL 1 COURSE.
The first thing that I noticed from day 1 was the total
calmness and atmosphere of the surroundings, also the dedication of
everything and everybody involved.
I wanted
some of that for myself. I thought this sounds and feels good.
The sessions were each individual initiations into 'Energy Enhancement' and
all concentrated on different forms of meditation, connecting with the
energies and recognising that we all have blockages to feel and to find, and
to ultimately deal with. Blockages, whatever they might be, deep rooted,
small or large, lasting or temporary, past or present, acceptable
or unacceptable, need to be seen, identified, blasted away or destroyed.
I especially liked Satchi's talks, sometimes at great length, but always
with passion and an in depth knowledge of a very complex subject.
The techniques learned in week 1 included:
- How to sit in a correct position and to be in line with
the energies to get connected.
- How to breathe properly by breathing in golden light and
sending round the body.
- How to meditate correctly and get a full flow of energies
How to clear ones mind of useless thought forms.
- How to connect with the centre of the earth, and to the
centre of the universe.
- How to identify blockages and what they feel like.
- How to protect oneself by building pillars of protection,
but at the same time not to isolate oneself and to allow two way movement.
In other words not a solid and impenetrable wall.
- How to judge the food that we eat - is it good or bad
food? How to avoid food that contain pesticides.
All of these things were a benefit to me in a greater of
lesser degree. I achieved and experienced some of everything, but clearly
not as much as others. This disappointed me but I knew as I have already
stated, that a was a totally 'green' student.
The two initiations from Devi, performed on different days
were really special. She has definitely got what it takes with her spiritual
strength and connection, the ENERGY ENHANCEMENT attunements were a very pleasant experience and
as they were personal on a one to one basis, were a highlight of the whole
week for me.
WHY HAVE I STOPPED HERE?
Well, hopefully I haven't. The option of continuing to Level
2 and beyond was always open. However, with my limited knowledge and zero
past experiences I know that Level 1 was as much as I could assimilate at
one time. Secondly, I had set myself a personal target that I must feel a
wow factor. I now realise this was an impossible target for me to achieve as
a novice to meditation but I am very pleased with all that which I have so
far achieved and will continue the practice and develop further my own path
to enlightenment.
I wish to do this with Vanessa on a united front, perhaps
in contrast to past ways of conflict and disharmony. It has changed my
outlook on life and relationships. I will strive to dump any negative
emotions. anger, fear, frustrations, pain, downwards into the centre of the
earth, and I will move forward and develop positive thought forms of love,
kindness, pleasure, contentment, caring, etc. by pulling on all those
energies and techniques that I have learned from the course.
The whole experience has made me less dismissive and more
understanding of what a spiritual life means, but also that I have a long
path ahead of me, which will be challenging and rewarding of me.
My thanks go to both Satchi and Devi for their patience,
understanding, kindness, sharing and caring to me on my short stay here, and
also to Vanessa for the six weeks she has been in their care and company
going deeper into finding Inner Children and learning to be an Energy
Enhancement Teacher of Level One and Energy Enhancement Yoga Teacher
Training Year One. Who knows, I might return?

SATCHIDANAND-
My
background is that I started learning and practising yoga and meditation alone
from the age of 16. I practised under enlightened masters Roshi Hogen Daido
Yamahata a Zen Master who cleaned my energy system and them Swami
Satchidananda who gave me the energy to get Initiated astrally by Ascended
Masters at his ashram.
I Visited several enlightened Masters in India who gave me energy before they died
sometimes a day after I met them.
After teaching meditation for 10 years with many Initiations, Swami
Satchidananda passed on some of his energy to me before he died.
In order to do spiritual work, one must prove
trustworthy and show a will to be useful. The three servants in the bible. One
buried his portion in the ground, One wasted it, one multiplied it 100 fold.
Then, if you are lucky, and to be spiritual you must be lucky, you get
promoted, initiated, energy given to do the work. Enlightenment is not enough.

I need to work with a lot of energy for a concentrated period of time,

My low energy at the end of the last project was the catalyst to make me

My feeling and expectation from before
coming on the course that energy
enhancement is THE Core energy technique, has been met.
Energy Enhancement techniques can
be applied to any of the above disciplines and it will improve them all.
"IT ALLOWS YOU TO RAISE YOUR
ENERGY LEVELS, AND AS IMPORTANTLY, SHOWS YOU HOW TO KEEP IT AND TO PROTECT IT
FROM BEING SIPHONED OFF BY OTHERS."
It allows you to raise your energy levels, and as importantly, shows you
how to keep it and to protect it from being siphoned off by others. (People
with low energy normally siphon off high energy. This is called
reiki or healing).
The energy techniques given in Energy Enhancement have never been
explained to me in Aikido (even Ki Aikido),
Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga or on any
meditation
course that I have been on like Transcendental Meditation, and have only been
partly taught to me previously by Taoist master Mantak Chia and on Tantra
Courses. Mantak Chia
I found particularly confusing; Chi Gung I found awkward.

Energy enhancement Level One is composed of three main concepts, with the
same aims: getting rid of blockages.
The EE Stages
of Meditation
Yoga, but taught in a way that helps remove blockages - "We
use Yoga to get Students into the correct energy state to experience the High
Levels of Kundalini Energy which we give access to in Energy Enhancement."
Reiki techniques (to level One of Reiki)
SHAKTIPAT
is the transmission of energy to Introduce a good Student to High Intensity
Kundalini Energy.
"SATCHI PROVED THIS TO ME IN THE FIRST FIVE MINUTES
OF OUR FIRST MEDITATION, BY PUTTING MY BACK AND TOP OF THE HEAD IN THE RIGHT
POSTURE. I IMMEDIATELY FELT A FLOW OF ENERGY GOING UP MY SPINE."
EE Stage 1, - Meditation
The basic concept is that if you are in the right posture then energy will
flow through you from the universe to the centre of the earth. Satchi
proved this to me in the first five minutes of our first meditation, by
putting my back and top of the head in the right posture. I
immediately felt
a flow of energy going up my spine.
What stops the energy flowing to its full potential are
energy blockages
in the body, for example pains you know about, but also other area where
you
cannot feel energy flowing, and where negative emotions have attached
themselves to your body. The blockages are removed essentially by grounding
them, using the macrocosmic energy orbit, with stronger methods available.
Over the seven stages of Energy Enhancement we were taught
to expand the
meditation to increase the energy; to identify and remove blockages, and
to
put a protection around us so that the energy is not removed, consciously or
not by other people.

HIDDEN AMONG A LOT OF UNNECESSARY SUB TECHNIQUES IN OTHER DISCIPLINES."
Energy Enhancement Stage One: Finding the energy
column in the spine. As I have indicated
above I immediately felt the energy going up my spine, and an increase in my
energy at the end of the meditation.
"WITH EACH
BLOCKAGE REMOVED I FELT MORE ENERGY FLOWING AND MORE ENERGETIC"
Energy Enhancement Stage Two: is to expand the
energy circulation to the around the body,
similar to the Taoist Microcosmic orbit, and techniques to identify and to
remove
blockages. I felt that my energy increased, and I identified some areas
where the energy did not flow. Some of these I was able to remove, but
others seemed more attached. With each blockage removed I felt more energy
flowing and more energetic.
With Energy Enhancement we learn how to
access Incredibly Intense External Kundalini Energies which power our
Enlightenment. Then we experiences these Amazing Energy Increases FOR
OURSELVES....
"I FELT HOT IN MY SPINE, SOME OF MY BLOCKAGES WERE
BURNED AND REMOVED, AND AGAIN AT THE END OF THE MEDITATION I FELT A HIGHER LEVEL
OF ENERGY."
Energy Enhancement Stage Three is to expand
the energy orbit to the centre of the earth, and
to ground and burn up blockages. Blockages can be grounded and burned, and
you do not have to relive traumas or even remember the source of traumas. I
felt hot in my spine, some of my blockages were burned and removed, and
again at the end of the meditation I felt a higher level of energy.
"ONCE THIS STAGE WAS REACHED
I HAD TREMENDOUS ENERGY"
Energy Enhancement Stage Four is to expand
the meditation to include energy from above from
the central sun, the macrocosmic orbit. Previously Satchi had psychically seen,
identified and
removed a blockage that he saw at the top of my head that he felt reduced my
energy level by 30%. This was in fact the exact figure that my homeopathic
therapist had told me from his Vega test, about two weeks before. However I
developed a headache during this stage, which disappeared when I had
transmuted 2 more blockages by myself in the meditation.
Once this stage was reached I had tremendous energy. However, I went for a
walk in the town and when I came back most of my energy had disappeared,
as
apparently high energy does get sucked up people with low energy unless you
protect yourself.
Energy Enhancement Stage 6 gives the
technique for protecting you from this loss of energy
from other people. It also enhances the energy you can build into yourself

ENERGY ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUE IS MORE POWERFUL."
Energy Enhancement Stage 5
is a technique for
evaluating the quality of food before you eat
it, by quickly mediating on its energy effect. Eating foods contaminated
with pesticides is the quickest way to reduce your energy, and create illness
and disease within and this
technique allows you to see what effect a particular food will have on you,
which is extremely useful if you eat out a lot like me, and also helps check
every food in the supermarket and 80% OF THOSE ARE PESTICIDED!! I was surprised when I came that Satchi and Devi do not
eat exclusively organic labelled foodstuff or wine, as with this fifth
Initiation of Energy Enhancement
you can check for yourself how good it is. I already had a simpler
technique that was taught by Bandler in NLP, but the Energy Enhancement
technique is more powerful.
Also the technique is the start of an incredibly
powerful technique to remove Energy Blockages from our Energetic Systems, so all
in all THIS ENERGY ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUE CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE!!

Energy Enhancement Stage 7, the last stage, is
concerned with maintaining the auras, and
identifying and removing blockages in the physical, emotional and mental
auras. I did not find anything in my aura but Linda, the residential trainee
here for a while, found a tremendous blockages, all the way down her spine,
which she removed using this technique.
Each higher stage replaces and includes elements of the previous; so that
when I get home my meditation will be at stage seven (with stage 5 for
testing food).

Energy Enhancement Yoga
The second leg of Energy enhancement is Yoga.
I
FEEL
EE YOGA IS VERY EFFECTIVE; MY POSTURE HAS IMPROVED .....
AT
THE END OF AN EE YOGA SESSION I FEEL THE SAME LEVEL OF
ENERGY
AS WITH 90 MINUTES OF ASHTANGA
Yoga.
I have had a mixed relationship with Yoga, for thirty years ever since my Mother who is a Yoga teacher, showed my Brother and I how to do it. I think
the way that Satchi explained it - to remove energy blockages, and to
practice the yoga by working at the blockages in a posture, relaxing in and
between the postures, and releasing and grounding the negative energies
using EE techniques in the Yoga - has given me a clear sense of how
practicing Yoga in this way has powerful benefits, even if you only
concentrate on doing a number of poses well.
Devi explained that the
EE Yoga is designed so that
it has the maximum
energy benefit, making the body flexible and strong, spending the least
energy possible without pushing, so the body does not secrete adrenaline,
which is a kind of toxin for the body.
I feel EE Yoga is very effective; my posture has
improved in the two weeks
I have been here, which it has not done when I practiced the
ashtanga yoga,
and at the same time at the end of an
EE Yoga session I feel the same
level
of energy, as with 90 minutes of Ashtanga yoga.
The EE Yoga
includes three part Yogic breathing to
raise energy, and
chanting, and holding the breath (Pranayama) to raise energy before a
meditation.
EE Reiki
Not quite a third leg is Energy Enhancement Reiki - which combines
traditional Reiki with Applied Kinesiology and EE Techniques, again to
remove blockages.
Devi gave us level One Reiki initiation during the course, giving four
Initiations, to raise our energy. She also taught Reiki. In the course of
the two weeks we had some Reiki from Satchi and Devi on particularly hard
energy blockages.
CONCLUSION,

My feeling on the Energy Enhancement is:
1.
Energy Enhancement works, it builds up my energy in a way that none of
the other disciplines I have encountered have.
2.
It is easy to understand. It needs some effort, mainly will power, sometimes to get the meditation
going, but it is not as onerous, or complicated, as for example, I found
with Mantak Chia Chi Gung.
I feel that I have been given some
secret knowledge, which was only given to the initiated, or hidden among a lot
of unnecessary sub techniques in other disciplines.
One effect of Energy Enhancement is that I can no longer look at
other disciplines like Ashtanga Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, NLP, Aikido and
Ki Aikido and Mantak Chia and his Chi Gung, in the same light, because they do
not contain this learning.
On the other hand I know EE will give me the energy to do things that are
more important, particularly in my career as a Change Manager.
The difference between this course and others is that I
saw and felt from
the first five minutes that my energy was enhanced, although at times
because of work on the blockages it went down again, and recovered once the
blockages had been removed using the EE techniques.
With other disciplines you have to take it on faith that it will work at
some time after practising the discipline or until someone initiates you
into a secret known taught only to the selected few. (If indeed it works).
SO BASICALLY I NOW HAVE A CHOICE THAT
ONLY I CAN MAKE. I CAN USE THE ENERGY ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUES AND THE EE
YOGA TO INCREASE MY ENERGY LEVEL - WHICH WILL NOT BE ONEROUS, BUT REQUIRES SOME
WILL POWER, AT LEAST INITIALLY - AND MY WORLD WILL CHANGE, ALTHOUGH PERHAPS IN
UNEXPECTED WAYS, OR I CAN PRETEND THEY DO NOT WORK AND GO BACK TO SLEEP.
I fully intend to come back for level 2 and level 3,
and fully expect that
regular practice will attract positive experiences to me to finance this.

TESTIMONIAL REVIEW OF THE
FIRST DVD OF FOUR, INITIATION ONE - MEDITATION
Prior to seeing the
"Initiation One" Video my 50 year old legs would go numb within 10 minutes
any time I tried to meditate sitting on the floor with legs crossed in "easy
position". After making the adjustments suggested in the video I can sit
for 40+ minutes without any sign of numbness or strain. I'm sure I'll be
able to go much longer with practice. An alternate method of sitting
"saddle style" was also shown and it too provided numbness and pain free
meditation.
The next part of the video
described how to align the spine so that it is square to the earth. Once in
alignment I could easily feel the current from the center of the earth
flowing though me. This was very energizing.
These two changes alone I
feel will dramatically impact my meditation progress for the better.
The breathing technique
given was not unlike techniques that I've used before. So it wasn't a major
breakthrough for me. However, with the above two changes I think any
breathing technique would be greatly enhanced.
Overall, I think that this
video gives the two most important and often overlooked keys to meditation.
First is finding a sitting position that is comfortable for a long duration
and second is squaring the body to tap into the earth's energy system.

LATELY SEVERAL FRIENDS HAVE ASKED ME IF I WAS SCEPTICAL TOWARDS SANNYAS,
THE ASHRAM AND YOU. I HAD TO ADMIT TO THE TRUTH AND SAID, 'YES, AT TIMES I
AM.' THIS LEFT ME WITH A FEELING OF GUILT. HAVE I COMMITTED SOME
UNFORGIVABLE, SACRILEGIOUS CRIME OR IS IT NATURAL TO BE SCEPTICAL OUT OF
BEING SURE? I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU ARE ENLIGHTENED. I CAN ONLY FEEL YOUR
BEAUTY AND TRUST.
Bhava,
faith is afraid of doubt -- afraid because it has repressed it. And
whatsoever you repress you will remain afraid of, because it is always there
deep inside you, waiting to take revenge, and whenever the opportunity
arises it is going to explode in you with vengeance. Your faith sits on an
earth-quake and every day the doubt becomes stronger, because every day you
have to repress it. Sooner or later it is more than you can repress, it is
more than your faith. Then it simply throws your faith away.
But trust is not afraid of doubt because trust is not against doubt. Trust
uses doubt, trust knows how to use the energy contained in doubt itself.
That's the difference between faith and trust. Faith is false; it creates a
pseudo kind of religion, it creates hypocrites. Trust has a sublime beauty
and truth about it. It grows through doubt, it uses doubt as manure, it
transforms doubt. Doubt is a friend, doubt is not the enemy.
And unless your trust has moved through many doubts it will remain
impotent. From where will it gather strength, from where will it gather
integration? If there is no challenge it is bound to remain weak. Doubt is a
challenge. If your trust can respond to the challenge, can befriend your
doubt, it will grow through it. And you will not be a split person -- deep
down doubting and just on the surface faithful, believing -- you will have a
kind of unity, you will be an individual, undivided. And that individuality
is what is called 'soul' in the old religions.
The soul is arrived at through doubt, not through believing. Belief is just
a mask: you are hiding your original face. Trust is a transformation: you
are becoming more illumined. And because you are using doubt as a challenge,
as an opportunity, there is never any repression. Slowly slowly doubt
disappears, because its energy has been taken by trust.
Doubt, in fact, is nothing but trust growing. Doubt is trust on the way.
Always think of doubt in such a way: that doubt is trust on the way. Doubt
is inquiry and trust is the fulfillment of the inquiry. Doubt is the
question and trust is the answer. The answer is not against the question --
there will be no possibility of any answer if there is no question -- the
question has created the occasion for the answer to happen.
So, please, never feel guilty around me. I am utterly against any kind of
guilt. Guilt is absolutely wrong.
But it has been used by the priests and the politicians and the puritans
down the ages -- for centuries. Guilt is a strategy, a strategy to exploit
people, to make them feel guilty. Once you have succeeded in making them
feel guilty, they will be your slaves. Because of the guilt they will never
be integrated enough. Because of the guilt they will remain divided. Because
of the guilt they will never be able to accept themselves, they will be
always condemning. Because of the guilt they will be ready to believe in
anything, just to get rid of guilt. They will do anything -- any nonsense,
any nonsense ritual they will perform -- just to get rid of the guilt. Down
the centuries the priest has made people guilty. All the so-called religions
exist on your guilt, they don't exist on the existence of God. They have
nothing to do with God and God has nothing to do with them. They exist on
your guilt.
You are afraid, you know that you are wrong: you have to seek the help of
somebody who is not wrong. You know that you are unworthy: you have to bow
down, you have to serve those who are worthy. You know that you cannot trust
your-self, because you are divided. Only an undivided person can trust
himself, his feeling, his intuition. You are always shaking, trembling
inside; you need somebody to lean on. And once you lean on somebody, once
you become dependent on somebody, you remain childish, you never
