Dharmadhātu (P. dhammadhātu; T. chos kyi dbyings ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་; C. fajie 法界) has two primary meanings.
- Dharmadhātu (Abhidharma tradition) - the mental objects within the schemes of the eighteen dhatus and twelve ayatanas; aka manoviṣaya
- Dharmadhātu (Sanskrit Mahayana tradition) - the vast expanse in which the activity of all dharmas takes place
