BECOMING CHAKRA CONSCIOUS.

Once we have understood the aspects of life that each chakra represents, and how we interact by connecting and disconnecting using different chakras, then we become "chakra conscious".

 

MANAGING OUR CONNECTIONS.

Being chakra conscious enables us to manage and be diplomatic in our relationships with ourselves and with others. We can learn how to connect or disconnect at will and when appropriate. Understanding how to be appropriate - being diplomatic - can avoid much pain and agony for yourself and others. We learn how to stop reacting to life in a robotic fashion. We learn how to respond appropriately.

Being diplomatic means that we can stop our habitual reactions to events. We count the proverbial "10 breaths", we drink a glass of water, we can meditate, we get in tune with what we are experiencing, and we can try to simulate and think about what will be the probable outcome of our behaviour.

We can learn to give in or resist another's will, but we must be able to feel comfortable in either arena. We need to feel confident that we can resist another's will and equally feel comfortable to give in to that will.

Set your dials! Diplomatic Regulation of the Expression of the Chakras

We can imagine that each of our chakras is regulated by a dial which we control. We can regulate the expression of our chakras to be appropriate and diplomatic when necessary. When we meet people who are impossibly egotisitcal, overbearing and infantile, when we meet people that we just don't get on with or like, then we need to be able to disconnect from them quickly and firmly.

There is an old saying, "Go down with dogs, come up with fleas." The types of people in our lives will influence us according to how much we let them. Being chakra conscious means that we are in control of our relationships. We can become a master of our relationships. We can become wise.

Of course, we all make mistakes and their will be many times when we get things wrong. But these are the lessons that only experience can give us. Being chakra conscious means that we have a good system that can help us learn from our mistakes, and understand our own and other's behaviour. With chakra wisdom we can learn to balance our lives in all areas. Family situations and relationships are often the most difficult ones to manage, so we really need to spend a little time understanding what goes on within this important area of life.

Being chakra conscious makes the whole interaction of relationships and experiences so much clearer and easier to understand.
