THE SOUL QUALITY OF HEART BHAVANA

Bhavana is a soul quality of the Heart, the gaining of which is necessary to the good student of Enlightenment.

In your search for Enlightenment you need to be consciously aware of the necessity of the pursuit of all the good attitudes and aware of when you do not have them, when you exhibit them in your daily life.

Good qualities like Faith, Love and Charity; Gratitude, Generosity, Humility, Kindness, Self - Control and Zeal and Harmlessness - not giving Pain by word, thought or Deed.

The opposite of Bhavana and all the good qualities above is Energy Blockages which cause negative attributes like cynicism and other bad thoughts like jealousy and competition and a lack of trust caused by the negative emotions of Fear, Anger and Depression, which is caused by and indicates the growing absorption of the energy of pain, of "trauma – formed negative karmic mass", which cause the barriers around energy blockages, which also cut us off from the universe itself.

With the barriers of the Ego we are Alone.

Without the barriers of the Ego we are All One!!

This trauma – formed negative karmic mass surrounding the energy blockages grows through the return of negative karma caused by not understanding the consequences of giving harm or pain to other living beings.

By going against one of the highest spiritual laws used by Ghandi to free India at the beginning of the 20^th century; Ahimsa – Harmlessness or No Pain by Word, Thought or Deed. Do not create Pain. If you do the result will be the same pain coming back to you. This is the Law of Karma.

Thus your life to this moment..

We gain Bhavana by good deeds and by the dissolution of trauma – formed negative karmic mass – thus freeing ourselves from spiritual darkness and pain.

We gain Bhavana by good deeds by the grounding of negative energies; of Energy Enhancement Level One Initiation Three. In this way we start to dissolve our trauma – formed negative karmic mass and thus lose all the negative qualities caused by it.

We gain Bhavana by good deeds and by pushing out the trauma – formed negative karmic mass though an infusion of Soul Energy which we do in Energy Enhancement Level One Initiation Four – The supra galactic orbit and Soul Connection. In this way we start to dissolve our trauma – formed negative karmic mass and thus lose all the negative qualities caused by it.

We gain Bhavana by good deeds and by increasing the Soul Connection through the development of a greater connection with the soul which we teach in Energy Enhancement Level One Initiation Six – The creation of External Energy Connections, antahkaranas, the Power Towers. In this way we start to dissolve our trauma – formed negative karmic mass and thus lose all the negative qualities caused by it.

What is Bhavana?

Bhavana is an outflow of love and devotion to other people, to the world and to the Spiritual Master.

It is an outflow of the energy of the heart which can be described as devotion and love and a heart connection between the student and other people and all the World.

In the case of Spiritual Growth, Bhavana is the growing connection of the heart between the student and his Spiritual Master.  

In the case of Spiritual Masters do not blame the Spiritual Master. If you point the finger at them, there are three fingers pointing back at you.

In this case you need to increase your Bhavana by removing all your Dark trauma – formed negative karmic mass through the preliminary Energy Enhancement techniques of Level One – Gain Energy - and by the removal of Energy Blockages and Strategies in Level Two of Energy Enhancement.

Bhavana is an outflow of the energy of the heart which can be described as devotion and love and a heart connection between the student and the chakras external to the physical body but not external to the psychic body and between the student and other people.

These external chakras are the kundalini center in the center of the earth which is connected to by the base chakra, and the chakra in the center of the universe called the soul which is connected to by the crown chakra. There are an infinity of chakras above the soul and kundalini center chakras which end in the energy of God or Allah – the one God with 10,000 names.

Our psychic body comprises all these infinity of chakras. As we remove the dense walls of trauma – formed negative karmic mass which form barriers to the connections between all these chakras in our psychic body we find we evolve to enlightenment which is Soul Fusion. A Super Connection between the Crown Chakra and the Soul Chakra through a Spiritual Initiation which welds the two chakras together.

Our psychic body comprises all these infinity of chakras. As we remove the dense walls of trauma – formed negative karmic mass which form barriers to the connections between all these chakras in our psychic body we find we evolve to initiations higher than enlightenment and an understanding, a knowledge, that our psychic body comprises all of these chakras connecting us with God – a knowledge that “We are that” and “You are that also”– a translation from one of the Hindu Spiritual axioms, “Tat Tvam Asi”.

As we hang around Spiritual Masters we start to feel their Bhavana as they feel the energy of their Hearts which always wants to overflow and yet is prevented from overflowing by the idiocy of the World.

Thus the rule of Spiritual Life is to always keep your spiritual master happy. It is only your Bhavana which will keep them happy..

One night I was in Bombay or as it is now, Mumbai in India with Swami Satchidananda, my Master. We were visiting the apartment of one of his Devotees, a Bollywood Movie producer. And we had a feast. And the producer showed his latest movie. And then a performance of Singing by a Master of Devotional Singing which in India is always Spiritual. And this energy of Devotion so pleased Swami Satchidananda that he slipped into Samadhi and began to generate a tremendous energy from the heart as his Bhavana flowed from him.

The disciples could feel that energy and we all travelled on that energy of his Bhavana into that world of Samadhi, with tears running down our faces and peace in our Hearts.

Of course the students with too much trauma – formed negative karmic mass in their systems were thrown out of the assembly as the Bhavana of Swami Satchidananda sought to remove their trauma, and ended up removing them!!

On leaving the appartment he was implored to enter into the meditation room and bless it. As he entered it was like a flash of light, of Bhavana, went of as he charged up its inner space. And as I closed my eyes I saw that flash of light - I perceived it within my head. And with closed eyes the Light grew and grew..

Another occasion was when Swami Satchidananda visited the North of England.

We were with Swami Satchidananda as he visited Durham Cathedral voted the most beautiful Cathedral in Europe which is over 1000 years old as is Durham University – the equal of Oxford and Cambridge which were founded at the same time.

The Cathedral was founded by the Venerable Bede and the Bones of Saint Cuthbert were removed from Holy Island and given home there in the Cathedral and when Swami Satchidananda went into the inside he lay face down on the floor of the Cathedral arms akimbo in the shape of the cross, and said, “There was a Great Saint here!”

One of the functions of Swami Satchidananda was to visit houses and apartments, Temples and Cathedrals so as to charge them up with his Bhavana. Saints have done this from time immemorial so that the people who come to these pilgrimage sites after them, if they have sufficient Bhavana, can feel the energy of the sacred place. They can increase the Bhavana, the energy of a place with the energy of their Hearts and when they die, with their bones.

Every time he visited India there was a competition from every Temple to invite him so that he could charge up their premises.

On my pilgrimage trip to the nine foot long ice Shivalingam in the Holy Cave of Ammarnath in Kashmir, trekking 40 Kilometers into the high Himalayas to the height of 15,000 feet back in 1989, I was told that many Saints would be on the path unknown to the Pilgrims, and that their job was to raise the energies of the thousands of people making the sacrifice of the pilgrimage, with their Bhavana. I was taught how to do that in Churches and other spiritual places by my Spiritual Master at that time.

Every time we visit the evening Arati, as we will this year on our “India Tour”, held every night on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar in the Foothills of the Himalayas on the way to Rishikesh, I am charged up by the Bhavana of the saints who travel there from the high Himalayas so as to charge up the celebrants. The feeling is as if I have been, “Struck by Lightning” and tears flow down my face. Looking about to find the source of the energies I see a saint high on laughing and laughing as he points at people charging them with his Bhavana.

“Whenever you channel and give energy”, said Swami Satchidananda, “You get a little too”

During Swami Satchidananda’s visit to the North of England we were invited to a party celebrating his presence. At the end of the party Swami Satchidananda was feeling in a good and playful mood so he smiled at me and my companion and pointed his forefinger at us like pointing a gun and then “shot” us, blowing away the smoke from the tip of his finger.

There was an immediate explosion of energy in our hearts as both of us burst into tears as we looked on at the laughing  Swami Satchidananda!

Although the students like to think that they are doing it by themselves there is a necessary function of the Master as he creates the Buddhafield charging up the students and as he secretly takes away the energy blockages from the students. Yet the students must believe that they are doing it by themselves.

When I was young I had the ability to touch people and take away their cancer and heart disease and yet I noticed that the people always came back a few years later with the same problem and I came to understand that with the same attitudes within them, they were always creating the same karma.

So we developed the Spiritual Courses and Ashram and Spiritual Teachings to change the minds of the students so that the Karma could never come back.

I remember a guy came to the Ashram of Swami Satchidananda with a stomach problem for 6 months. He came for the final interview with Swami before he left. He complained of the stomach still. Swami enquired as to if he had done everything prescribed in a regular routine, Yoga, meditation, Fasting and he said yes. Swami then moved his hand next to the stomach, twisted it and threw something away. The guy was healed and the Stomach problem never came back.

He said at his ashram people had to do something for themselves to change their minds. But then that always healing from the side was given without anything being said.

This time they knew!!

Because this lack of Bhavana caused by too much trauma – formed negative karmic mass can throw you out of the Ashram. The blockages do not want to go. They have been using your body as a home for many lifetimes and they do not want to be dispossessed. Thus they will cause you to run away from any genuine Spiritual Master.

In the second cut of the movie the end is taken up by a host of Psychology professors and Deepak Chopra who rightly bad mouth the Selfish Competitive Ego  because not one person "Got It" on the first cut.

Deepak Chopra says that, "the Ego is the Enemy" He says that,"We invented the Devil so as to blame something external, whereas the Ego is the Enemy" In this movie Guy Richie moves to the next level as Jason Statham removes the Sub-Personalities of the ego.

And the purpose of his Bhavana is to further charge up your psychic Body; to further remove your blockages.

Bhavana is a Soul quality of the Heart, of Love, of Bhakti, of Devotion, the gaining of which is absolutely necessary to the good student of Enlightenment.
