As we were talking well into the night at the end of our Energy Enhancement Course together.
After he has removed many energy blockages over the last four weeks. Blockages above the crown chakra in the Antahkarana which were preventing him from re-connecting with the Source of all Life. He described one of the blockages between one million and Infinity of chakras above the head as a dense translucent crystal which was incredibly difficult to remove, different from the other blockages which he had found below it which were dense and covered with a black tarry substance or blood and which were more easy to transmute and dissolve.
We eventually get into a state of energy transfer. We both feel it as white light flowing from one to the other in an incredibly intense way which lasts for two hours. At the end of that time I perceive an initiation which is taking place on the astral plane. Surrounded by a group of ascended masters I introduce him to the chief initiator who uses the rod of initiation to touch his third eye with the intense energies of initiation so that his energies can never again drop into that state we call normal waking consciousness.

When you receive energy correctly
And not everyone does because they get the symptoms of energy blockages instead - Going to sleep, shaking, pain, heat, cold, negative emotions, - all the common so called symptoms of Kundalini Energy. - "I was meeting a nice girl of 28 this morning here at our center in Rosario.
She is a
Psychologist but has fallen out of love with Psychology because although it
explains things intellectually it gives no TECHNIQUES apart from talking to
change anything
internally, particularly in herself. You can see how effective Psychology
is by looking at Woody Allen.
I connected with her base chakra and her inner child showed me all her chakras and blockages one by one. A very interesting experience. First the Base chakra, one fear and security blockage which I removed very quickly. Then the second, a pain filled relationship blockage which I also removed. Then all the chakras solar plexus, heart etc, feeling the general dirtyness of the psychic body usually cleaned with The Grounding of Negative Energies but no major blockages. Then the head, two blockages, one a person who had just died, very deep and negative. I removed the first blockage but the other one was more difficult and stayed with me, absorbed by my psychic body, for a day before I sent it on.
She felt the movement of energy blockages in the head and in the body as my mind and energy was working on her and told me that she normally got a lot of headaches. She was interested in my exposition of Energy Enhancement as all the while I was working on these blockages I was also talking to her. Such openings show an educated psychic body, one with talent. Not everyone who comes to the Guru has similar experiences. Some also get more. She and I felt that with training she also might be able to help her clients in a similar way. So, she is coming back tomorrow to try out the process, to get her first Initiation in Energy Enhancement."

I am a brother of yours,
who has traveled a little longer upon the Path than has the normal student, and
has therefore incurred greater responsibilities. I am one who has wrestled and
fought his way into a greater measure of light than has the aspirant who will
read this webpage, and I must therefore act as a transmitter of the light, no

I am not an old man, as age counts among the teachers, yet I am not young or

DON MEDITATING AFTER A FEW DAYS ON THE COURSE -
"To expand, I was sitting in meditation the other night and was happily destroying blockages in me using the Seven Step Process of Energy Enhancement taught by Satchi and Devi when I was staggered by something new. I watched as negative energy transmuted into white light and travelled down to the centre of the earth then returned up my spinal column and carried on into outer space to the centre of the universe and then returned back to me through the crown chakra and down the front of my body through the throat centre then the heart centre and the solar plexus, on to the genitals and in to the perineum, through to the centre of the earth and returned back up my spine and so began this new orbit of energy.
The effect was something else; it shot through me at incredible speed. This carried on and got denser and more powerful as I discharged more of the negative energy within me. This energy took the form of bands of light that followed each other in waves travelling at equal distance apart and as I discharged and transmuted more negative energy the bands got closer together and I found that I could control the speed at which they travelled through the body. Satchi calls this orbit the Supra Galactic Orbit which travels up the ANTAHKARANA into the centre of the universe and down through the centre of the earth passing through the front of the body on the downward sweep and returning up the spine on the outward sweep. Satchidanand, Well, after traveling from India to Spain we have resumed
our Energy Enhancement Courses with our new clients in the beautiful SOL Villa
on the Costa Brava in Spain. Here is an Interesting testimonial from over the
first four days of the Energy Enhancement Level One Course.......
The Experiences at the Energy
Enhancement Course with Satchidanand and Devi Dhyani
During past meditation sessions
for over two years, I have twirled like a top
when my bottom came into contact with the floor.
Satchi explained this was the Kundalini rising and I needed to find the centre
of it. By swaying backwards and forwards, then side to side, I could touch upon
its centre but it is a very fine place to contact and I kept going off course.
The same movement was to be done with my head, keeping the chin down. Then I
needed to keep rechecking throughout the meditation to find it again.
After two years the swaying
finally stopped in ONE session
with Energy Enhancement! I later found out that Satchi had been working on this
blockage at the same time using Energy Enhancement Level 2 Techniques.
On the next session we dealt with the circulation of energy, imagining a gold,
white or silver light filling the body. The aim was to intensify it and get it
to burn from inside. It had to permeate the whole body, chest, belly, arms, and
legs. Then we were to take the light out from our heart centre in a thin line
through the chakras.
It could flow either way and we were to test each out, the air or the water
path. As we did so we were to look out for places where we did not see the light
or feel it, where the light jumped, or there was pain or where we got
distracted.
At these various places, there would be a blockage. When a blockage was
identified we were to push thread through them and continue the sequence. The
breath, crown and heart chakras were to be used as pushing tools.
There would be an increase in the power of the new techniques to remove
blockages used in Energy Enhancement Levels Two and Three.
The main thing I noticed was that there were small black circles at various
places en route. I could not say exactly where they were but just knew their
vague vicinity.
These Black Circles are
our clients view of Energy Blockages she spotted during the meditation. Satchidanand
I repeated in the evening, focusing on my belly blockage but got distracted by a
cough and had to leave the room. Satchi explained the belly and throat chakras
were connected, hence my cough.
Distraction has to be caught. In bed that night on another try, I was enjoying
the white light so much I did not feel like following the sequence and wanted to
remain in the white light. I fell sleep but was awoken by a loud popping sound
and an image of a black disc appearing in front of me.
Next morning we took the sequence a stage further with the transmutation of
cosmic energy and taking the energy to its fire core. The meaning of vitriol
was explained and its relevance to alchemy as being the first formula or guided
meditation of alchemy. Vitriol also means anger and we were to use this
technique "To drain the last dregs of our Vitriol".
We were taught that blockages were seen as black like coal, food for the fire
which would increase its heat. That Kundalini heat would then flow up the
spine. I could not feel the heat coming up my spine just a gentle warmth.
As I was trying this process I
became angry,
I knew I did not
want my blockages anymore, that was why I had come on the Energy Enhancement
course, I was fed up with them, they had served no purpose for me so far in my
life, they had done me no good I wanted rid of them. I threw them in the fire
with venom.
As I started to throw, I wanted to throw more on. I became very angry. I felt
I had so much to be angry about; I could go on forever.
After this session I felt quite good.
My Energy Enhancement REIKI Initiations with Devi Dhyani, Devi uses Energy
Enhancement Techniques in the Reiki Initiations, so....
On receiving my first Reiki initiation I felt very peaceful. Blue and white
energies kept expanding. As the session went on I started to cry, tears rolling
down my cheeks and there was some kundalini jolting of my body but I was not
unduly worried.
At the second session I felt I was being pulled up by one single hair on my
head, up and up it pulled me. Later it felt as though a whole lot of stuff was
coming out of my head into the universe. First my little fingers felt numb then
the other fingers followed suit. My feet also felt numb and slightly raised off
the floor. My bottom also felt as though it was coming off the chair. Upwards
and upwards was the movement. I felt emotionally tearful and tears welled
slight. I felt very powerful, that I could move mountains with this strength.
On the third session I felt Devi's hands heat and a feeling of pushing me
downwards. Initially again there was an image of white hands in the pray
position and an opening up of my heart chakra, they felt more empowered this
time. I felt snake like movements up and down my spine and I still felt
numbness in my fingers tips but power going into them. I asked for help and the
session ended with like wings flying slowly upwards, it was very beautiful and
brought tears to my eyes, I wanted to fly too.
On the fourth session I felt similar sensations as before but this time the
snake went outside my body, moving slowly upwards towards a star of light. My
heart felt as though it was opening more and I felt a throbbing in my hands. A
tornado started in my body, swirling very fast from the bottom of my spine
upwards, eventually it slowed down to a snails pace, the energies had become
gentler. From the white light I asked for help with my belly blockage. The
light told me to use the white thread to weave in and out of this blockage and I
successfully sent it down into the fire.
VANESSAS Resumption of The
Experiences on the Energy Enhancement Course
In the meditation that followed I continued my snake like progress upwards and
asked the white light for help. I had a lump in my throat chakra so I sent that
to the fire.
I thought I would also ask if I would see again a person I really wanted to
see. The image came back of my first love and I acknowledged the grief I felt
at his loss. I poured bucketfuls of my grief down into the fire below.
When trying out EE Level 1 Stage 4, I had problems when constructing the
visualisation. At first I had an image of a golden tower but only slightly up
from the base was built, I could not seem to go any further. Later I tried
building it by one brick at a time, it seemed a long process.
Devi Dhyani identified a blockage above the crown chakra, which she removed
using Energy Enhancement Level Three Techniques. Things improved but the white
light was not strong until near the end when a thin rainbow of light fell down
from on high, it then turned to a long waterfall.
I had the feeling of pushing upwards and a desire to fly......
SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF ILLUMINATION!!
Dear Swami,
Not to repeat the story you've heard so many times before, l will shortly
say that I started with my "spiritual work" long time ago. I left behind my
back a huge pile of literature of every kind considering the matter and I
know almost every author you're mentioning in your lectures.
I was practising, meditating, using techniques, with almost no use at all. Although most of the people around me joined some group or community, I proceeded alone along my path, until I met you.
The reason is that, when you are talking, every word you are saying I feel as a key that opens my brain doors and I see the truth directly and with no doubt. Listening to you, I'm constantly repeating "Yes, that's it", everything is so SIMPLE and EVIDENT by no mistake, so, that I'm asking myself how is it possible I did't see it before! I feel finally at home with you.
Talking about my meditations. I must say that I'm not able to sit in a
position more than half an hour, but I hope to improve with a time. The
light I see is always white or bluish white. I'm fighting with golden colour
and I need an effort to visualize it.
The light is sometimes strong, sometimes weak and sometimes I can't do anything at all. Generally, I can breathe the light inside but circling around the body, the place I'm passing is bright but that behind is shadowing, loosing colour. I see everything more clearly when I'm following your instructions, hearing your voice at the background.
At the beginning of my meditations, I had a great pain at my sacral part and
a sharp pain at one point in the middle of my heart chakra. The heart chakra
pain I felt 24 hours in a day. The point pain became a circle pain, but less
painful. At this moment, the sacral pain is almost gone and heart pain I
feel mainly when I start meditation, but during it, it gradually vanish. I
feel it right now writing this letter to you.
I had no Dhiren's blockbuster experiences with my blockages. It happened to
me to SEE
the blockage only once. And in a place I didn't expect at all. It was when I was circling around my body pushing energy.
In front my ajna chakra I saw snake's head (Energy Blockages appear like this, sometimes, in meditation - Satchidanand) but I passed on. Second time I came there I saw a long Egyptian hat on my head and I realised the snake wasn't alive but a part of a hat and I passed on. The third time I came I saw a black oval form underneath the hat settled in between my ajna and sahasrara chakra and I passed on.
Next time I came there with energy and I pushed it against the form. The energy fell as a snow on it and immediately melted away. When I came again with energy to blow, IT said to me "Ok, I see you don't want me", it became flat like a piece of paper and laid down.
Since then I pass and repass the same place knowing it is there, but I don't see it any more. As I don't see any other blockage and being sure that there must be some, I'm imaginarilly scratching away the grayish layers and sacrificing them to the fire at the center of the Earth/the blue Monad Sun.
My antahkarana is made of a hard crystal, it is round and thick at the
center of the Earth, gradually slimming until the peak reaches the Light of
Infinity. It is transparent and highly conductive and I can see the Light
coming up and down along it.
The main reason I'm writing this letter to you is my today's meditation
which I want to share with you. The experience begun when I left sahasrara
going upwards the antahkarana, leaving Solar system. Somewhere at the level
of the Soul I saw a shiny Person joining me with his hands closed in a form
of a prayer.
I lost Him entering the blue tube, I went up passing blue Sun and Sirius and galaxies along the antahkarana and I joined at the end the Light of Infinity.
Every time I enter it, I'm so joyful that I'm swirling around myself loosing at the same time my shape and merging with Light not seeing me anymore, only being aware that I exist within.
Doing that this time I saw the Person again there, (Probably this guy in the blue tube between the soul and the monad is an ascended master - we give techniques to test them in Level 2 - Satchidanand) coming at a step distance in front of me with hands wide open and his heart sparkling with Light. I wanted so much to make this step forward and fall in his arms and, although nothing was keeping me, I couldn't do it.
Apparently free, I was fixed at a place with no possibility to move. And I was pleading to Him "Take me in you arms", but He didn't move either.
In this moment I was aware of everything at the same moment and at a same place: of me merged into Light in front of a Person I want to reach and I can't, of my physical body sitting in meditation and crying desperately, of this Person in front of me and the whole Universe around.
Then, suddenly, I went down my antahkarana like a glowing ball towards my sahasrara. The impact was tremendous because, instead of my body, there was a thick, dark gray granite egg, and all the Light was dispersed away in a space.
I moved aside, to see my antahkarana coming from the center of the Earth to the bottom of the granite egg, than nothing inside, and then continuing from the top of the egg upwards. I wasn't afraid because the egg seemed nice and shiny, but I felt deeply disturbed, astonished and infinitely sad. And I left meditation.
Not to say to you that I think whole day about it. I'm asking myself if it
is maybe the first time I saw my blockage the way it really is and this is
disturbing me profoundly. I feel myself as a lost case.

Usually the dark shell is created by implant blockages which we created many
lifetimes ago, when we wanted to or were persuaded to join anti-life organisations run by bad people to which these implants are still connected
to suck your energy.
Ascended Masters will only give energy to those they trust and whilst you
are connected to these implants, the danger is that you can change your
mind. Trust only comes with much proof and many good deeds.
It is an easy matter to remove the implants.
You may then receive some
energy from your Ascended Master.

HER SECOND ENERGY ENHANCEMENT COURSE IN
JANUARY 2005
It
was nearly two years ago that I completed the first half of the EE course in
Spain with Satchi and Devi. In one respect it seems just yesterday but in
another a life time away. A lot has happened in my life between that time
deaths, births, daughter’s marriage, ill health; the usual variety of life’s
traumas. I returned from the first course full of determination to follow my
spiritual path, I was going to do such great things but being a wife and mother
just took over. At the times when I most needed to practice I did not, which in
turn lead to much inner suffering.

I was also struggling to get myself acknowledged as a spiritual person by those close to me. I was tired of living two lives, one as a family person and the other as a spiritual one. To incorporate the two was no easy task and relationships problems developed which that is what really brought me back to the course. I needed ways of dealing with relationships of close to me. I had enough of being drawn into emotional traumas and expectations. I needed the tools to develop non-attachment, whilst at the same time being more open and loving.
I needed a better understanding of how to stop my energies from being drained from me and I came back to the course as I needed to find the answers.
The two year gap had been beneficial in that I came with a renewed conviction to learn and develop from what was being taught. I had found I tended to live an insular spiritual life at home, although I was able to learn from the gurus and swami’s I mixed with. I was pleased to join an on going group half way through; I was welcomed and made to feel a part of it immediately. The group provided a valuable learning environment as its members explained their personal experiences, as previously on my own I often wondered was it just me who felt like this.
I was deeply touched by their commitment and determination to follow a spiritual path despite all the difficulties. I appreciated being part of the group, over the two weeks I felt a unity of spirit amongst us we acted as a whole and not separate individuals, a sense of oneness and harmony developed. The benefit of the course was the tackling of shared difficulties, as well as learning new techniques with like minded people.
The course is very user friendly and can be easily related to everyday life and the problems that occur in it. Blockages, strategies and inner children all had to be worked on and along with this came the realisation of the benefit of a maintenance programme to be carried on when I return home.
Satchi
and Devi are intuitive teachers who know what is best for you and can point you
in the right direction. It has been noted by the other group members that my
appearance has improved in just one week and I can feel the inner changes that
have taken place. My energy levels are high, I have a lightness about my body
and a tranquil calmness surrounding me, what more could I want.
At the time of writing we are tackling relationships, having brought about change in ourselves through the techniques learnt on the course we can now bring about change in our relationships with others. This was an important area in my life that I wanted to tackle if I was to move on in my spiritual path. I was trying to merge my family life with my spiritual one and was having problems with those close to me incorporating into their lives. Hence their relationship with me and vice versa needed to be healed in order to create a more spiritual environment. The Energy Enhancement course gave me the tools that can be used in everyday life when I return home. The tools taught are the cleaning of the chakras as well as the lines of communication between chakra to chakra from yourself to another person. At the same time their auras and energy fields can be cleansed. EE is a method for healing yourself and others.
I was putting this into practice with my husband who came to Argentina with me to keep me company but not to participate on the course.
For the first time in his life he picked up a spiritual book to read, which is something I had hoped would happen for many years, and goes to prove something must be happening. I look forward to practising the techniques on my return.
My insight and intuition have developed on the course and many experiences have happened to prove that the teachings do what they say. One night a vision came of the Time Line, which we had just learnt about that day on the Energy Enhancement course. I had never seen one before but it was so clear that it left no doubt to its existence.
The course is experiential you know it works when you experience it, you do not have to accept what is being said blindly. You have to trust your own abilities to gain from the teachings and it will be revealed to you.
This happens very effectively with the Energy Enhancement Reiki teachings. By giving Reiki to a person they will know that the energies do exist and will lead then to a greater understanding of what meditation is about. I have always wanted to help people through meditation and was pleased Reiki tied in with EE. I can feel the energies descend through me and be transmitted to the person being healed. It is that connection with a higher force and its flow, that has created some very moving experiences I had had with Devi. She is a wonderful teacher of it and her hands give all the learning necessary.
There has been an expansion of my energy fields that I would not have achieved on my own or elsewhere. To be able to use the energies in a healing way has been a blessing. My original expectation from the course was to increase my knowledge of the energies by direct experience of them to gain wisdom and this has been fulfilled.
The EE techniques have deepened my spiritual understanding and also enhanced my spiritual practice. I intend to pass on this knowledge to those I meet on the meditation path.
The course has given me confidence to handle the internal saboteurs we all have within us and carry on my spiritual journey with renewed vigour.
The warmth and caring ways of Satchi and Devi have provided a safe environment in which to learn. Many distractions can come to stop you coming on the course but they need to be overcome if you really want to progress on your spiritual path. ENERGY ENHANCEMENT MASTERY OF RELATIONSHIPS - 28 AUGUST 2005
I am now out in Spain training to be a yoga teacher with Energy Enhancement and later training to be an Energy Enhancement Meditation teacher. I was previously out here with Satchi and Devi two years ago when I did the first part of the Energy Enhancement course.
I later completed it in Argentina this year. I had needed that gap in between to assimilate what I had learnt and put it into practice. I teach meditation and have found it very helpful with my own personal growth as well as progressing on my spiritual path, so much so that I felt it would you very useful to those on a similar path and that I would like to teach it.
If you meditate long enough and hard enough you can resolve your life’s problems but that can take a lifetime and I felt I could not wait that long, I wanted things to happen now. Energy Enhancement is experiential, you learn by doing, it is not some others persons experience it is your own that you work on. Only by doing do you learn, you are given the necessary techniques to tackle negative thought forms in your life and you work through meditation to eliminate them.
Energy Enhancement saves hours of psychoanalysis; it is not necessary to rake up the past in fine detail. You can acknowledge past events and how they affected you, recognising them intellectually is the first step but then you use the techniques taught to get rid of them.
I thought I would go through with and share the Energy Enhancement processes that have occurred for me over the last few days. It is just a report of things as they are, no embellishments or make believe....
.... When I was getting the better of the energy blockage I felt the spaces in which I meditated expand. I got an explosion of energy down the right hand side of my body. The energy was bumping around in my base chakra; in fact my whole body was pulsating with the energies. It felt as though there was static electricity all along my arms making the hairs stand up on end. As the energies grew stronger I felt lighter, happier and freer. My heart opened out to send blasts of energy out which returned back to me.
This was not just a quest for personal growth it was the quest for enlightenment. It is the spiritual path I am on, these techniques are just part of it. The ancient scriptures are followed and hatha yoga is practiced, it is all part and parcel of the same thing.
Satchidanand said we only see these problems when we are able to deal with them and now was the time for me to deal them. There are also positive images whilst meditating and one was of a large bird soaring in the sky, floating on the thermals, being taken by the wind. That is the analogy of my quest. I want to be free to follow my souls path; I want to be that bird. Out of this I was given a message “Let the soul sing its song through my heart”.

This guy (Ross) seems very talented, by reading her pulse he can tell her what she has been eating - certain energy patterns apparently. Anyway when he checked her pulses this time he found something interesting.
Apparently there is a pulse which gives an indication of the level of spiritual energy.

My name is Jean, and I am a thirty seven year old Chartered Engineer from the UK working in the Nuclear Industry.
Since beginning the four-week Energy Enhancement course two weeks ago I have been consistently impressed with the efficacy of this programme.

I had to wait for the advanced blockage removing techniques of EE Level 2 and a lot of hard work over one week before these energy blockages were removed and my Kundalini shaking, so much a part of my preliminary Energy Enhancement meditational experience over the last year, was brought to a stop.
The course takes place in L’Escala on the Costa Brava in Northern Spain. The duration is four weeks to learn the four levels of Energy Enhancement.
I was allowed to make payments in easy monthly instalments via Pay Pal beginning a year in advance of the course start date. This planning well ahead also allowed me to book cheap flights from my home in the UK to Barcelona. From Barcelona I caught a train to Figueres station (only 8 Euros) where Satchi collected me.
Accommodation is available at the SOL centre with Satchi and Devi or in one of the many campsites and villas available nearby. I chose to stay at the SOL centre to take maximum advantage of the ‘Buddha Field’ of energy, which pervades there.

The course was devised and is delivered by Master Satchidanand (Satchi) and his wife Devi Dhyani. These two highly evolved individuals have very impressive credentials. Satchi had two enlightened masters, Zen Master Roshi Hogen of Japan and Swami Satchidanada, Yogiraj and disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh of India and the USA who died in 2002 at the ripe old age of 89.

DEVI DHYANI AND SATCHIDANAND BY YUKO SATO
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 1
The programme begins at level 1 which includes basic training in meditation and the manipulation of life energy (Ki, Chi, Pranha, Orgone, Kundalini). It also includes techniques for avoiding food, which contains poisons such as pesticides and for dealing with the effects any poisonous substance, which you may have ingested in the past. These poisons reduce your energy and therefore your progress towards happiness.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 2
Level 2 provides training and actual experience in removing the blockages (negative thought forms) to the free flow and accumulation of this energy in the body. With the skills learned in this stage it is possible for an individual to systematically remove all these blockages improving day by day until eventually none are left. This state of freedom is commonly referred to as Enlightenment or the end of personal suffering. I have not encountered any other system, which makes the light at the end of the tunnel so clear and attainable.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 3
Level 3 deals with past life resolution (I will be taking this part of the course in the next week)
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 4
Level 4 deals with the mastery of relationships – or how to help your loved ones and acquaintances (final week)
Prior to coming on the residential course at L’Escala I had an excellent introduction to Energy Enhancement by taking the online course. Over a period of a year I was introduced to and worked with the principles of Level 1 of Energy Enhancement. The course material was abundant and clear.
Any clarification that was required was forthcoming from Satchi via email. So I already knew before I came to L’Escala that the programme was effective because from the online course I had already had experience of energy flowing through my body, Kundalini shaking and psychic vision of the blockages (negative thought forms) like shiny black stones, which restrict that flow.
My first notable experience on the course came when Satchi gave instructions on how to sit correctly in meditation. With Satchi’s help I was able to align my spine perpendicular to the surface of the earth and the Kundalini energy that radiates from within it.
Kundalini Shaking
The flow of energy caused my body to shake like electricity. I had had this shaking experience before with the more advanced level one techniques of the DVD Course but this time all that was required was correct posture.

Heart Chakra Warmth
Throughout Energy Enhancement Level 1 I experienced instances of movement and beautiful warmth in the heart as the Chakra increased in energy. This occurred during initiation from Devi, dealing with toxins and construction of psychic protection. The flow of energy became stronger and stronger causing my body to shake more intensely as it hit upon resistances.
Blockage Removal Techniques
In Energy Enhancement Level 2 the techniques were given to remove those resistances – the first few baby steps towards ultimate freedom. Some of my experiences of blockage (negative thought form) removals are given below:
Heart Chakra Blockage: This was my first blockage removal attempt and required a little help from Satchi. After I had worked on it for a while without completion Satchi asked if he could have a look to which I replied in the positive.
From that point I was aware of great heat and light at the front of my body as though the sun was shining on me – but I was indoors! Needless to say the blockage is gone!
Solar Plexus Chakra Blockage: For some time I had been experiencing pain at the bottom of my breast bone – one of the signs that there is a blockage. I tackled it with the techniques of Energy Enhancement Level 2 until it was successfully removed. There was an immediate reduction in pain which reduced to virtually nil over the following days – proof to me that these techniques work!
Blockages on the spine: I had been aware from using the techniques of level 1 gained from the online course that there were blockages along my spine. These blockages caused my body to shake when connecting to high levels of Kundalini energy – an interesting phenomena which let me know that something was happening but not helpful in the long run.
Using the techniques of level 2 to remove these thirteen blockages which looked to me in my meditation like shiny black stones, the shaking ceased and the energy increased!
Childhood trauma – The techniques of EE can be used to remove the negative thought forms associated with past trauma. When I applied the techniques to the memory of a near fatal childhood accident when I fractured my skull at the age of two I spontaneously experienced wonderful feelings of warmth and compassion towards the child that I was, and of forgiveness the whole situation that had occurred.
These are just a few of the experiences that I have had since being here. All of my fellow students have had similar and much more dramatic experiences.
I have been working for over 12 years with many well known techniques including Transcendental meditation and Kriya Yoga, Subud, A Course in Mircles and the Sedona Method.
Although I have made good progress with these techniques I now consider these to have been preliminary techniques to prepare me for Energy Enhancement.
These methods that I have tried before simply don’t provide for the systematic identification of Energy Blockages or contain the Advanced Techniques for the removal of the energy blockages to enlightenment that Energy Enhancement does.

Oh my god, I changed a lot!
I screamed with silence.
I was sitting in the bar around 9 p.m. by myself in Barcelona on the first night after my Energy Enhancement Course. On the way back to the hotel, I wanted to have one drink. Surrounding by local Spanish people, everybody had a good time with their own friends, even a bartender was chatting with some regular customers.
I was drinking a glass of red wine in the middle of them and felt totally relaxed without fear. I enjoyed the moment of being, by myself, in foreign county as a stranger.

Then I removed all of them using the Energy Enhancement Techniques.
The techniques are simple and powerful, moreover effective.

The meditation with Satchi and Devi
is sailing with fresh wind, also they have a big

After the EE course, I went to the Juice fasting place in Portugal.
I did it for two weeks and I felt so much energy without eating.
I went for walking in the mountains for 3 hours, 2 hours yoga practice, swimming in the sea and meditation everyday.
After my Energy Enhancement Course, I am the most energetic person in this fasting program, people who work there, they thought I am not a normal human being, because I am smiling and happy all the time.
I feel absolutely happy and full of love.
(Satchidanand - fasting is a
spiritual technique used for thousands of years because as well as being
good for the waistline (Wasteline) and for the health, it is also working
internally to get rid of the energy blockages. Because Yuko had removed most
of her energy blockages during her first two weeks of the 4 weeks Energy
Enhancement Course, she did not have these problems, and was able to use the
fast to find and remove more of her internal energy blockages. Usually, it
is my habit to do a 28 day fast each year and there are no problems due
to the previous removal of internal energy blockages; I work as

Another change, I can feel other person's fear in my 2nd chakra. So I give
them love and ground their fear in centre of the earth. I understand the

For meditation, I now do for at least one hour everyday, sometimes for two

I find new blockages every time.
Two days ago I found the river
bottom of my antahkarana and I saw a snake swimming under my antahkarana. I
have done the Energy Enhancement 7 steps for them and in the 6th step I met
a strong ice woman who can turn everybody and everything into ice.
Finally I grounded her.
I just drop lines of my meditation is going and I feel bright energy every

COURSE IN SPAIN Week 2
Having found yet another blockage in my base chakra, I couldn't help but
feel rather despondent. After gritting my teeth and getting stuck in, I
finally managed to remove it. This blockage in the Base Chakra was the last
one there!!!
The next time I sat down to meditate, I suddenly felt a tickling sensation
in my pelvis above the perineum. This sensation increased in intensity, and
felt like champagne bubbling up my body from below. The flow of energy
around my body had risen to a new level giving me an increased ability to
track down blockages and an increased confidence in myself. Wow!
I suddenly remembered the writings of the inspired Poet and Meditation
Master, the Persian Shakespeare, Jal Al Uddin Rumi and that always he talked
of the wine of his meditation and this feeling of energy was what he was writing about
a thousand years ago and I was feeling it, here and Now!!
Next, I came across a particularly stubborn blockage to remove, and knew
that I would have to prepare myself well during meditation. I consciously
sourced as much energy from above to flow through my body, and in doing so,
rather than my body being filled with golden light, I had somehow tapped
into an immense source of white light. As well as feeling this increased
energy stream through my body, I realised I had involuntarily suspended
breathing somewhere near the top of an in breath. My body felt like a beacon
of light, with more than enough energy to direct toward a blockage and watch
it dissolve in an instant.
Since that time I am always connected to and able to source the white light
from above my head. Many times during this process I just forget to breathe
as though my breathing is just naturally suspended. I am now living in the
Light!!
My energies are naturally
far higher than when I arrived on the Energy Enhancement course just two
weeks ago. I am experiencing the fruits of meditation which normally arrive,
if they do, after twenty years of meditation and it has only taken me two
weeks.
This is the first meditation course I have been on. I have an injured knee
from a few months ago in a motor cycle accident, yet the knee is now healed of
its blockages and of its pain here on the Energy Enhancement Course and I am sitting in
meditation for more than three hours a day, on the ground in the easy
meditation posture, here in the light and working on more of my deep
internal blockages.

My name is Jean, and I am a thirty seven year old Chartered Engineer from the UK working in the Nuclear Industry.
Since beginning the four-week Energy Enhancement course two weeks ago I have been consistently impressed with the efficacy of this programme.
I have experience of many forms of meditation and practices for self improvement including: Transcendental meditation (TM) 12 years, Kriya Yoga 9 years, Sushila Buddhi Dharma (SUBUD) 7 years, and more recently the Sedona Method and the Course in Miracles. After years of trying all these methods, I had had some success with my mind and emotions but the DVD and Online Energy Enhancement Course over one year so improved my psychic vision that I was able to see 13 energy blockages along my spine as shiny black stones.
The extra energy from the ONLINE AND DVD EE Meditation caused me shake every time I meditated, a phenomena that has been reported in many books describing the action of Kundalini energy.
I had to wait for the advanced blockage removing techniques of EE Level 2 and a lot of hard work over one week before these energy blockages were removed and my Kundalini shaking, so much a part of my preliminary Energy Enhancement meditational experience over the last year, was brought to a stop.

Accommodation is available at the SOL centre with Satchi and Devi or in one of the many campsites and villas available nearby. I chose to stay at the SOL centre to take maximum advantage of the ‘Buddha Field’ of energy, which pervades there.
This highly charged energy field boosts progress towards freedom from negative feelings, circumstances, persons, places and conditions – towards enlightenment.
Energy Enhancement is a systematic and complete programme for removing all the negative thought forms (blockages), which cause an individual to be unhappy, stressed, unenthusiastic and tired. This course promises enlightenment.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT SATCHIDANAND AND DEVI DHYANI
The course was devised and is delivered by Master Satchidanand (Satchi) and his wife Devi Dhyani. These two highly evolved individuals have very impressive credentials. Satchi had two enlightened masters, Zen Master Roshi Hogen of Japan and Swami Satchidanada, Yogiraj and disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh of India and the USA who died in 2002 at the ripe old age of 89.

ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 1
The programme begins at level 1 which includes basic training in meditation and the manipulation of life energy (Ki, Chi, Pranha, Orgone, Kundalini). It also includes techniques for avoiding food, which contains poisons such as pesticides and for dealing with the effects any poisonous substance, which you may have ingested in the past. These poisons reduce your energy and therefore your progress towards happiness.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 2
Level 2 provides training and actual experience in removing the blockages (negative thought forms) to the free flow and accumulation of this energy in the body. With the skills learned in this stage it is possible for an individual to systematically remove all these blockages improving day by day until eventually none are left. This state of freedom is commonly referred to as Enlightenment or the end of personal suffering. I have not encountered any other system, which makes the light at the end of the tunnel so clear and attainable.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 3
Level 3 deals with past life resolution (I will be taking this part of the course in the next week)
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME LEVEL 4
Level 4 deals with the mastery of relationships – or how to help your loved ones and acquaintances (final week)
Prior to coming on the residential course at L’Escala I had an excellent introduction to Energy Enhancement by taking the online course. Over a period of a year I was introduced to and worked with the principles of Level 1 of Energy Enhancement. The course material was abundant and clear.
Any clarification that was required was forthcoming from Satchi via email. So I already knew before I came to L’Escala that the programme was effective because from the online course I had already had experience of energy flowing through my body, Kundalini shaking and psychic vision of the blockages (negative thought forms) like shiny black stones, which restrict that flow.
My first notable experience on the course came when Satchi gave instructions on how to sit correctly in meditation. With Satchi’s help I was able to align my spine perpendicular to the surface of the earth and the Kundalini energy that radiates from within it.
Kundalini Shaking
The flow of energy caused my body to shake like electricity. I had had this shaking experience before with the more advanced level one techniques of the DVD Course but this time all that was required was correct posture.
Heart Chakra Warmth
Throughout Energy Enhancement Level 1 I experienced instances of movement and beautiful warmth in the heart as the Chakra increased in energy. This occurred during initiation from Devi, dealing with toxins and construction of psychic protection. The flow of energy became stronger and stronger causing my body to shake more intensely as it hit upon resistances.
Blockage Removal Techniques
In Energy Enhancement Level 2 the techniques were given to remove those resistances – the first few baby steps towards ultimate freedom. Some of my experiences of blockage (negative thought form) removals are given below:
Heart Chakra Blockage: This was my first blockage removal attempt and required a little help from Satchi. After I had worked on it for a while without completion Satchi asked if he could have a look to which I replied in the positive.
From that point I was aware of great heat and light at the front of my body as though the sun was shining on me – but I was indoors! Needless to say the blockage is gone!
Solar Plexus Chakra Blockage: For some time I had been experiencing pain at the bottom of my breast bone – one of the signs that there is a blockage. I tackled it with the techniques of Energy Enhancement Level 2 until it was successfully removed. There was an immediate reduction in pain which reduced to virtually nil over the following days – proof to me that these techniques work!
Blockages on the spine: I had been aware from using the techniques of level 1 gained from the online course that there were blockages along my spine. These blockages caused my body to shake when connecting to high levels of Kundalini energy – an interesting phenomena which let me know that something was happening but not helpful in the long run.
Using the techniques of level 2 to remove these thirteen blockages which looked to me in my meditation like shiny black stones, the shaking ceased and the energy increased!
Childhood trauma – The techniques of EE can be used to remove the negative thought forms associated with past trauma. When I applied the techniques to the memory of a near fatal childhood accident when I fractured my skull at the age of two I spontaneously experienced wonderful feelings of warmth and compassion towards the child that I was, and of forgiveness the whole situation that had occurred.
These are just a few of the experiences that I have had since being here. All of my fellow students have had similar and much more dramatic experiences.
I have been working for over 12 years with many well known techniques including Transcendental meditation and Kriya Yoga, Subud, A Course in Mircles and the Sedona Method.
Although I have made good progress with these techniques I now consider these to have been preliminary techniques to prepare me for Energy Enhancement.
These methods that I have tried before simply don’t provide for the systematic identification of Energy Blockages or contain the Advanced Techniques for the removal of the energy blockages to enlightenment that Energy Enhancement does.

compares with other techniques that I have expertise or significant experience

My energy has been particularly low at the end of my last project, and my
Homeopath has tried to get rid of an energy problem in lower half and a liver
virus. I am an interim manager and work as Finance Director on short contracts
to work with the Managing Directors of many international companies to resolve often serious business problems.
SATCHIDANAND STUDIED ENERGY AND MEDITATION WITH ZEN MASTER ROSHI HOGEN OF JAPAN AND SWAMI SATCHIDANANDA OF INTEGRAL YOGA IN VIRGINIA USA, BEFORE BECOMING ESTABLISHED IN HIS OWN EXPERIENCE.
I visited enlightened Masters in India who gave me energy before they died. Once even on the day I met them.
After teaching meditation for 10 years with many other energy Initiations from Ascended Masters, Swami Satchidananda passed on some of his energy to me before he died.
Now Swami Satchidananda is
an Ascended Master. After becoming Enlightened on this planet he gained

far higher than when I arrived on the Energy Enhancement course just two
weeks ago. I am experiencing the fruits of meditation which normally arrive,
if they do, after twenty years of meditation and it has only taken me two
weeks.
This is the first meditation course I have been on. I have an injured knee
from a few months ago in a motor cycle accident, yet the knee is now healed of
its blockages and of its pain here on the Energy Enhancement Course and I am sitting in
meditation for more than three hours a day, on the ground in the easy
meditation posture, here in the light and working on more of my deep
internal blockages.
Truly, perhaps Enlightenment is next!!

I, Amy Zantras, 28 years old, grown up in the most beautiful mountains in Switzerland am having the most life changing experiences in the Energy Enhancement course here in Escala, Spain. I am being taught how to get to know my true self in a very safe and resourced way, by meditation.
I am learning to appreciate who I am and not feel guilty or afraid of what I am able to do. I feel my self as a very talented being.
Until now in my life I always reached what I wanted to, I just really found ways to make things work. I noticed that many talents were given to me.
I teach sports like kajaking, archering, climbing, surfing, waterskiing, snowboarding , skydiving, aerobics and feel that I could do even more as I am moving into Yoga Teaching and going on a six months course in India to do this.
The last 7 years I helped to build up and manage a water sports school and was manager of the beach bar.
I studied cranio-sacral therapy for 3 years and want to increase my knowledge and interest by visiting a 6 month yoga teachers training in India this year.
Last year I had a big ski accident which I know I survived only by a miracle. I believed, and believe even more now, in higher forces which are guiding me.
There is this light (I experienced it in an Energy Enhancement meditation where we worked in our timeline) which was given to me as a 3 year old which I know will show me where my soul life path goes when I become more successful at seeing deeply into the themes of all my past lives, and of removing all the ego, karma and just plain negative energies from my psyche.
Insights which were really profound these last 3 days during the Energy Enhancement Course were the finding of inner children sub-personalities and their strategies.
I am looking back in past life times finding messages and inner children which picked up strategies to keep me off the spiritual path. Being afraid of using my knowledge and talents in a meaningful way, being abandoned and homeless, wanting to be loved by my parents, especially my father, and wanting to be happy are the ones I found up to now.
They make all sense when I reflect them in my present life.
Strategies to get attention from my parents or in society explain why I thru my self in all these sports and all various scenes of “sex, drugs and rock an roll”
Going to a private International Finishing School in Switzerland, with many “jet set” people, I felt exposed to the fact of showing who I am. This fear caused me to create an ego which took me away from my life path in two ways, each of which caused a disaster and led me back to my life path, here and now on the Energy Enhancement course.
Living in a relationship which bound me to my job and a safe home. Becoming a workaholic and my own slave, making my ego happy and not my true Self.
The first ego was being a blond, tall, sports interested girl I had some plus points already, but I got even more if I could show off a rich or famous partner or even to my school friends I could show how many I could actually have. I slipped in to this scene very easily and do appreciate now that I pulled myself out of this path early enough.
I saw during the Energy Enhancement Course that 50% of my Boyfriends at that time between the ages of 15 and 21 came from group who psychically take peoples energies and the leader of the group was the first of them who implanted the blockages in my shoulders which takes the energies.
I saw in Past lives three groups who also implanted these vampire type of blockages, again in my shoulders. These first was from Egyptian times 3000 years ago and using the Energy Enhancement techniqes I was able to remove and ground this implant blockage.
Also in the middle ages a group with black hoods, like monks, gave blockages to me and also in the same times a group of people dressed similar as Knights. Using the techniques of Energy Enhancement I was able to remove and ground these implant blockages which also were in my shoulders.
The second ego was that at school I showed off how good I am at sports. Being a natural talent at sports I misused the fact of using it to get attention. The end result of this sport pride was my accident in the mountains. And this fact I also connect to the relationship to my dad, of wanting attention and his love. I thought he would love me, if I am good at sports and bringing home trophies from sports or as rich and famous boyfriends. Him being a hotel manager and being in contact with lots of people was happy to show what a “great daughter” he has and projecting this thoughtform on to me.
Another ego of pleasing people, like my Boyfriend and my father, to make sure that I am being loved. Pleasing by doing what they want, and forgetting about myself, my purpose and my powers.
And even having a serious long lasting relationship, to show how good I am.
The result of the removal of all these implant blockages was a complete loss of all pains in my shoulder, which was the contribution of all past life times and boyfriend experiences. Before the course I did not believe that these pains can be removed, thinking that this is part of perform sports. But also the injuries and remaining pains of the last years accident, when I fell one hundred meters from the top of a cliff, high at the top of a Mountain in the Alps.
This fall was my Wake up!! Call and eventually caused me to see deeply into my parental relationships and their effect on my early life decisions, break my seven year relationship of work and to my boyfriend partner and come on the Energy Enhancement Course and go to India, to find my life path!!
My yoga, using Energy Enhancement Techniques, has become more flexible and strong as the pain blockages in my body from all these past life memories and blockages much more than I have mentioned above have been removed.
Also using the Energy Enhancement techniques in Yoga, allowed me to achieve perfection, strength and flexibility in asana more quickly.
Knowing that a relationship can also be possible on a exchanging level and not on a level of misuse. If there is Love and a purpose to it, it can grow and give you significance. No excuses and reasoning is necessary.
Getting the insight of understanding that there can be a life without pain after my accident. We are meant to be happy and not carry around the weight we don’t want.
Feeling more energy, especially being around people and being more myself are the benefits I could experience personally, now, of the grounding of this fact. Examples…
I do not need to use the sports in an egotistical way, but rather finding a significance in them. In the case of Yoga by practising to be a Yoga Teacher its meaning and significance is that I will be able to help so many people by its virtue now and in the future. My Sport will have a purpose.
All of the themes of my life above have been shown to me directly in the Energy Enhancement Meditations.
All of the negative energies which caused me to have all these ego difficulties, taking my life in wrong directions, have been grounded into the center of the earth using the advanced Energy Enhancement Techniques.
The Implants, the Energy Blockages in my Chakras, the Pain Blockages in my shoulders and in my legs and hips in the meditations, are all well on the way to being removed.
I am now on the way to healing myself and my life, thanks to Energy Enhancement Advanced Blockage Busting Techniques.
I am now on a path to find more meaning and significance to my life, because I know there is far more to life than what I reached until now. There is peace with myself and my surrounding. There is another home. OM!!

I got the great opportunity to be a student of satchis advanced yoga class.
After practising yoga by myself over two years with many advanced teachers I really was astonished by the effect i got after just this one Energy Enhancement class.
I would like to tell you about different benefits i got from this 2 hour experience.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT YOGA CLASS INTRODUCTION
Already at the beginning of the class i appreciated the introduction to hear what Journey we will go on for the next 2 hours. The Introduction told me....
My body and my mind got prepared by letting them know that this will be a very individual journey and that i do not need to pass my own limits. i need to find the border of what i can do and feel and breathe in to this posture.
To improve i do a little more just before i come out from the posture. i work with the strength and the flexibility of the body to attain a perfect balance within and without. The breathing i use as a tool to deepen the relaxation in between the postures. And in the posture itself it helped to find my limits and to release the tension points using breathing, visualisation of the Golden Light and Advanced Energy Enhancement Techniques.
During the whole lesson i was to keep the eyes closed, to get more attention and focus on myself and to not get distracted.
DURING THE ENERGY ENHANCEMENT YOGA CLASS
During the lessons i did not feel any sense of time. The work i did went so deep and conscious that there was no time to think really.
Between the relaxations i did postures within my own capacity and conscious breathing, and noticing the point of tension which i tried to release by breathing into them or using the energy enhancement techinques.
In the relaxation, which for me is just as important as the posture itself, i got time to sense the body and its reaction on the action i did from the posture. To come to the point of consciousness and unconsciousness helped me to release even more tightness, which i sometimes could even feel in the repetition of the posture, by getting further in to it.
The soothing and present voice of Satchi gave me a stability, confidence and a sense of being taken care of in the lesson.
ENERGY ENHANCEMENT YOGA IMPROVES MEDITATION
After the lessons i did a meditation which was more powerful and focussed than my normal meditation. The moment i closed my eyes i fell in to a deep focused potent meditation. I felt this strong power of goodness and willpower in me with which i could work effectively.
I spent the whole ninety minutes deep in meditation just sitting on the floor without any cushion and I did not notice it until after an hour when I stretched my legs. So deep!!
The whole time I spent getting in touch and sourcing the universal energy field and the connection was just so much bigger and more intense than my normal meditation.
Satchi said I spent my time in Samadhi, a very concentrated and higher level of meditation. This is the purpose of the Energy Enhancement Sequence of Yoga Postures which can be used by any level of practitioner from beginners to the more advanced, in the Satchidanand Buddhafield.
THE RESULTS OF ENERGY ENHANCEMENT YOGA
The rest of the evening i felt like a rocket which was ready to leave. Strong, powerful, resourced, energy, myself.
Thank you so much for a great experience and another insight of how powerful yoga actually is. Feeling that yoga is another path to the fullfillment of finding the true self, absolutness, kaivalyam.

i am really glad i met you and devi. all your knowledge and teachings have had a
life Changing impact on me, which will let me see the world with new eyes again
and not only eyes as i learnt but also from different chakras. thank you.
i arrived safely in india. went to shop already some indian clothes, but first
of all i energetically cleaned my room with the monks chanting and put some
energy enhancement protection columns around it. the moskitos - i could not really
be bothered about these, but i will get the moskito net for the bed and for the
windows too, to be sure to be sure.
of course i already checked the food. they put me already on quite a diet and
they always serve rice, which drops down as a rock using energy enhancement
initiation 5, so I know all rice here in india contains pesticides. some stuff
goes up , but not a lot, so i will go for the bananas instead and always have some in my
room from now on.
i feel as if i am not quite arrived yet. i do not quite realise that i am here
in india in an ashram yet for the next six months, learning more about yoga even if the horns on the
street outside keep reminding me.
i am always off on thursdays and also will have some time in between to do some
Energy Enhancement meditation. i also did meditation before going to bed and it
is helpful for me to still write down stuff i grounded in my spiritual diary, to just know what i work
on next.

will also be the situation of leaving the Energy Enhancement September
course. Of being attached to an Energy Enhancement place where i felt comfortable
and felt at home. Of having people around me that are understanding and sharing
and open and willing to improve or be more happy. i will let you know what

ENERGY ENHANCEMENT AND THE HEALING OF DESTRUCTIVE SUB PERSONALITIES
Coming on the Energy Enhancement course has revealed just how destructive certain inner children or sub personalities have been in my life so far.
white light
With the help of Satchi, Devi and feedback from other students on the course in helping me pinpoint certain behavioural attributes of potential sub personalities, I had all the ammunition necessary to hunt down one of these Inner Children.
I circled with white light the words "sloth" and "fu*k it!" and an image of a honey pot contaminated with butter (I'll explain later!). Good meditation preparation and circulation of energies, allowed me the powers of psychic vision making it possible to see whereabouts in my life the inner child had been spawned and had split from the stem of my main personality.
The first vision
The first vision that came to me was of a pair of slip on shoes that I had got my mum to buy me at school. Then came the image of a wild curly haired boy called Andy X, who was in the year above me at school. Visions came back to me of how Andy had threatened me with violence and started to pick on me at school. To avoid this developing further I started to do things to make Andy and some of his friends laugh.
The second vision
The second vision was that of Andy and his friends laughing not at me but at the trouble I was getting into and the mad things I was doing. It became clear that I was getting involved in things that would make them laugh and entertain them, in order to prevent being picked on or bullied. These activities involved wanton vandalism, not caring about school work; always trying to gain Andy's approval at my own expense.
The third vision
The third vision was that although I feared this boy called Andy and his peer group (1 year my senior), I started to idolize them. The visions gave me more information: the shoes I had got my mum to buy were the same as his. The suit I had got my mum to buy was the same as his. The car I wanted to have - was.....yes, you've guessed it.....the same as his!! I was becoming a "somebody" by not caring about myself, by getting into trouble, by coming bottom in class - in fact, the more disastrously poor my results were, the "funnier" it was to Andy and his peers, and this made me a "somebody" with a kind of revered status.
"Fu*k It! Why bother?
The next step was to circle this situation of a sub personality being born in a 15 year old boy. In an attempt to ground the situation, I was presented with a psychic key. Asking what the key was for, I was then presented with a wrought iron gate, which gave access to a big sphere made of iron railings. Opening the gate I could see clearly that this gate entered a world in which Thomas Blair would burn the candle at both ends and get sucked into a world that starts with simply not caring about things and then progresses rapidly to a wastoid life of Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll; and all this due to an Inner Child that said to me, "Fu*k It! Why bother? I don't care! Who cares if it's a knife and not a spoon in the honey pot, and who cares if the knife leaves lumps of butter in the honey pot!!? It's funny and makes me look good."

It was clear to me that the wrought iron sphere could not be grounded, as this represented the world and what faces us each day of our lives. The key, on the other hand, once used to lock the gate and "seal the door where evil dwells", had to be grounded.
Energy Enhancement and the white light of Samadhi
I directed energies I had gathered from the white light above to dissolve this key, and although there was much resistance, now with the techniques of Energy Enhancement, I was able to source and use the white light of Samadhi, I was able to ground the entire situation and fuse the Inner Child back into my main soul personality.
disenfranchised of any power
Its such a relief to know that I can now get on with my life and know that this very destructive sub personality has been disenfranchised of any power it once had over me.

I am now out in Spain training to be a yoga teacher with Energy Enhancement and later training to be an Energy Enhancement Meditation teacher. I was previously out here with Satchi and Devi two years ago when I did the first part of the Energy Enhancement course.
I later completed it in Argentina this year. I had needed that gap in between to assimilate what I had learnt and put it into practice. I teach meditation and have found it very helpful with my own personal growth as well as progressing on my spiritual path, so much so that I felt it would you very useful to those on a similar path and that I would like to teach it.
If you meditate long enough and hard enough you can resolve your life’s problems but that can take a lifetime and I felt I could not wait that long, I wanted things to happen now. That’s is why Satchi and Devi’s Energy Enhancement Course appealed to me, it was all about doing, not just talking about it.
Energy Enhancement is experiential, you learn by doing, it is not some others persons experience it is your own that you work on. Only by doing do you learn, you are given the necessary techniques to tackle negative thought forms in your life and you work through meditation to eliminate them.
Energy Enhancement saves hours of psychoanalysis; it is not necessary to rake up the past in fine detail. You can acknowledge past events and how they affected you, recognising them intellectually is the first step but then you use the techniques taught to get rid of them.

Prior to seeing the "Initiation One" Video my 50 year old legs would go numb within 10 minutes any time I tried to meditate sitting on the floor with legs crossed in "easy position". After making the adjustments suggested in the video I can sit for 40+ minutes without any sign of numbness or strain. I'm sure I'll be able to go much longer with practice. An alternate method of sitting "saddle style" was also shown and it too provided numbness and pain free meditation.
Overall, I think that this video gives the two most important and often overlooked keys to meditation. First is finding a sitting position that is comfortable for a long duration and second is squaring the body to tap into the earth's energy system.

Energy Enhancement Initiations - The Circulation of the Energies.
Energy Enhancement Initiation 2 is the micro-cosmic orbit that is taught in many
forms of qi gong, with two major improvements.
First
you learn how to identify where you have blockages and second you learn a couple
of techniques on how to clear the blockages. I had practiced the micro-cosmic
orbit in the past but lost interest in it because of the lack of progress I had.
I have been practicing the micro-cosmic orbit using the techniques in Energy
Enhancement Initiation 2 for the past couple of weeks and have noticed steady
progress. One thing I have noticed a natural flow of saliva which fills my mouth
within a few minutes anytime my tongue is in proper alignment.
Besides feeling the micro-cosmic orbit more clearly, I can also feel a stronger kundalini flow when I align myself as taught in Energy Enhancement Initiation 1.
I have identified the blocked areas of my spine and body and have been using the Energy Enhancement techniques to remove them.

Satchidanand, Well, after traveling from India to Spain we have resumed
our Energy Enhancement Courses with our new clients in the beautiful SOL Villa
on the Costa Brava in Spain. Here is an Interesting testimonial from over the
first four days of the Energy Enhancement Level One Course.......
The Experiences at the Energy
Enhancement Course with Satchidanand and Devi Dhyani
During past meditation sessions
for over two years, I have twirled like a top
when my bottom came into contact with the floor.
Satchi explained this was the Kundalini rising and I needed to find the centre
of it. By swaying backwards and forwards, then side to side, I could touch upon
its centre but it is a very fine place to contact and I kept going off course.
The same movement was to be done with my head, keeping the chin down. Then I
needed to keep rechecking throughout the meditation to find it again.
After two years the swaying
finally stopped in ONE session
with Energy Enhancement! I later found out that Satchi had been working on this
blockage at the same time using Energy Enhancement Level 2 Techniques.
On the next session we dealt with the circulation of energy, imagining a gold,
white or silver light filling the body. The aim was to intensify it and get it
to burn from inside. It had to permeate the whole body, chest, belly, arms, and
legs. Then we were to take the light out from our heart centre in a thin line
through the chakras.
It could flow either way and we were to test each out, the air or the water
path. As we did so we were to look out for places where we did not see the light
or feel it, where the light jumped, or there was pain or where we got
distracted.
At these various places, there would be a blockage. When a blockage was
identified we were to push thread through them and continue the sequence. The
breath, crown and heart chakras were to be used as pushing tools.
There would be an increase in the power of the new techniques to remove
blockages used in Energy Enhancement Levels Two and Three.
The main thing I noticed was that there were small black circles at various
places en route. I could not say exactly where they were but just knew their
vague vicinity.
These Black Circles are
our clients view of Energy Blockages she spotted during the meditation. Satchidanand
I repeated in the evening, focusing on my belly blockage but got distracted by a
cough and had to leave the room. Satchi explained the belly and throat chakras
were connected, hence my cough.
Distraction has to be caught. In bed that night on another try, I was enjoying
the white light so much I did not feel like following the sequence and wanted to
remain in the white light. I fell sleep but was awoken by a loud popping sound
and an image of a black disc appearing in front of me.
Next morning we took the sequence a stage further with the transmutation of
cosmic energy and taking the energy to its fire core. The meaning of vitriol
was explained and its relevance to alchemy as being the first formula or guided
meditation of alchemy. Vitriol also means anger and we were to use this
technique "To drain the last dregs of our Vitriol".
We were taught that blockages were seen as black like coal, food for the fire
which would increase its heat. That Kundalini heat would then flow up the
spine. I could not feel the heat coming up my spine just a gentle warmth.
As I was trying this process I
became angry,
I knew I did not
want my blockages anymore, that was why I had come on the Energy Enhancement
course, I was fed up with them, they had served no purpose for me so far in my
life, they had done me no good I wanted rid of them. I threw them in the fire
with venom.
As I started to throw, I wanted to throw more on. I became very angry. I felt
I had so much to be angry about; I could go on forever.
After this session I felt quite good.
My Energy Enhancement REIKI Initiations with Devi Dhyani, Devi uses Energy
Enhancement Techniques in the Reiki Initiations, so....
On receiving my first Reiki initiation I felt very peaceful. Blue and white
energies kept expanding. As the session went on I started to cry, tears rolling
down my cheeks and there was some kundalini jolting of my body but I was not
unduly worried.
At the second session I felt I was being pulled up by one single hair on my
head, up and up it pulled me. Later it felt as though a whole lot of stuff was
coming out of my head into the universe. First my little fingers felt numb then
the other fingers followed suit. My feet also felt numb and slightly raised off
the floor. My bottom also felt as though it was coming off the chair. Upwards
and upwards was the movement. I felt emotionally tearful and tears welled
slight. I felt very powerful, that I could move mountains with this strength.
On the third session I felt Devi's hands heat and a feeling of pushing me
downwards. Initially again there was an image of white hands in the pray
position and an opening up of my heart chakra, they felt more empowered this
time. I felt snake like movements up and down my spine and I still felt
numbness in my fingers tips but power going into them. I asked for help and the
session ended with like wings flying slowly upwards, it was very beautiful and
brought tears to my eyes, I wanted to fly too.
On the fourth session I felt similar sensations as before but this time the
snake went outside my body, moving slowly upwards towards a star of light. My
heart felt as though it was opening more and I felt a throbbing in my hands. A
tornado started in my body, swirling very fast from the bottom of my spine
upwards, eventually it slowed down to a snails pace, the energies had become
gentler. From the white light I asked for help with my belly blockage. The
light told me to use the white thread to weave in and out of this blockage and I
successfully sent it down into the fire.
VANESSAS Resumption of The
Experiences on the Energy Enhancement Course
In the meditation that followed I continued my snake like progress upwards and
asked the white light for help. I had a lump in my throat chakra so I sent that
to the fire.
I thought I would also ask if I would see again a person I really wanted to
see. The image came back of my first love and I acknowledged the grief I felt
at his loss. I poured bucketfuls of my grief down into the fire below.
When trying out EE Level 1 Stage 4, I had problems when constructing the
visualisation. At first I had an image of a golden tower but only slightly up
from the base was built, I could not seem to go any further. Later I tried
building it by one brick at a time, it seemed a long process.
Devi Dhyani identified a blockage above the crown chakra, which she removed
using Energy Enhancement Level Three Techniques. Things improved but the white
light was not strong until near the end when a thin rainbow of light fell down
from on high, it then turned to a long waterfall.
I had the feeling of pushing upwards and a desire to fly......

It
was nearly two years ago that I completed the first half of the EE course in
Spain with Satchi and Devi. In one respect it seems just yesterday but in
another a life time away. A lot has happened in my life between that time
deaths, births, daughter’s marriage, ill health; the usual variety of life’s
traumas. I returned from the first course full of determination to follow my
spiritual path, I was going to do such great things but being a wife and mother
just took over. At the times when I most needed to practice I did not, which in
turn lead to much inner suffering.

I was also struggling to get myself acknowledged as a spiritual person by those close to me. I was tired of living two lives, one as a family person and the other as a spiritual one. To incorporate the two was no easy task and relationships problems developed which that is what really brought me back to the course. I needed ways of dealing with relationships of close to me. I had enough of being drawn into emotional traumas and expectations. I needed the tools to develop non-attachment, whilst at the same time being more open and loving.
I needed a better understanding of how to stop my energies from being drained from me and I came back to the course as I needed to find the answers.
The two year gap had been beneficial in that I came with a renewed conviction to learn and develop from what was being taught. I had found I tended to live an insular spiritual life at home, although I was able to learn from the gurus and swami’s I mixed with. I was pleased to join an on going group half way through; I was welcomed and made to feel a part of it immediately. The group provided a valuable learning environment as its members explained their personal experiences, as previously on my own I often wondered was it just me who felt like this.
I was deeply touched by their commitment and determination to follow a spiritual path despite all the difficulties. I appreciated being part of the group, over the two weeks I felt a unity of spirit amongst us we acted as a whole and not separate individuals, a sense of oneness and harmony developed. The benefit of the course was the tackling of shared difficulties, as well as learning new techniques with like minded people.
The course is very user friendly and can be easily related to everyday life and the problems that occur in it. Blockages, strategies and inner children all had to be worked on and along with this came the realisation of the benefit of a maintenance programme to be carried on when I return home.
Satchi
and Devi are intuitive teachers who know what is best for you and can point you
in the right direction. It has been noted by the other group members that my
appearance has improved in just one week and I can feel the inner changes that
have taken place. My energy levels are high, I have a lightness about my body
and a tranquil calmness surrounding me, what more could I want.
At the time of writing we are tackling relationships, having brought about change in ourselves through the techniques learnt on the course we can now bring about change in our relationships with others. This was an important area in my life that I wanted to tackle if I was to move on in my spiritual path. I was trying to merge my family life with my spiritual one and was having problems with those close to me incorporating into their lives. Hence their relationship with me and vice versa needed to be healed in order to create a more spiritual environment. The Energy Enhancement course gave me the tools that can be used in everyday life when I return home. The tools taught are the cleaning of the chakras as well as the lines of communication between chakra to chakra from yourself to another person. At the same time their auras and energy fields can be cleansed. EE is a method for healing yourself and others.
I was putting this into practice with my husband who came to Argentina with me to keep me company but not to participate on the course.
For the first time in his life he picked up a spiritual book to read, which is something I had hoped would happen for many years, and goes to prove something must be happening. I look forward to practising the techniques on my return.
My insight and intuition have developed on the course and many experiences have happened to prove that the teachings do what they say. One night a vision came of the Time Line, which we had just learnt about that day on the Energy Enhancement course. I had never seen one before but it was so clear that it left no doubt to its existence.
The course is experiential you know it works when you experience it, you do not have to accept what is being said blindly. You have to trust your own abilities to gain from the teachings and it will be revealed to you.
This happens very effectively with the Energy Enhancement Reiki teachings. By giving Reiki to a person they will know that the energies do exist and will lead then to a greater understanding of what meditation is about. I have always wanted to help people through meditation and was pleased Reiki tied in with EE. I can feel the energies descend through me and be transmitted to the person being healed. It is that connection with a higher force and its flow, that has created some very moving experiences I had had with Devi. She is a wonderful teacher of it and her hands give all the learning necessary.
There has been an expansion of my energy fields that I would not have achieved on my own or elsewhere. To be able to use the energies in a healing way has been a blessing. My original expectation from the course was to increase my knowledge of the energies by direct experience of them to gain wisdom and this has been fulfilled.
The EE techniques have deepened my spiritual understanding and also enhanced my spiritual practice. I intend to pass on this knowledge to those I meet on the meditation path.
The course has given me confidence to handle the internal saboteurs we all have within us and carry on my spiritual journey with renewed vigour.

Here I am sitting down putting my thoughts on paper and wondering where to start. Its about the amazing Energy Enhancement course that I am currently on.
I shall start with sharing my experiences of the Energy Enhancement course with other like-minded people who wish to better their lives by transforming their lives and the lives of others around them and eventually making a difference in every bodies lives they touch.
Before I start sharing my experience with you all, please let me take this opportunity to introduce who I am.
WHO AM I?
My name is Dhiren Raichura ( www.dhirenraichura.com ). I live in London, UK and am a Music Producer, Composer, Singer, Songwriter and a musician. I was born in Malawi, Africa. My Father was my first teacher when I was 5 years old and grew up eventually learning and playing various musical instruments such as Percussion (Conga, Bongo, Drums, some Indian rhythmic instruments and other small orchestral percussive instruments), Keyboards (Harmonium, Accordion, Piano and Synthesizer), Strings (Guitar, Bass, Buzouki, Mandolin, Persian Rabab, Arabic Oud, Wind (Saxophone, Clarinet, Oboe, Flute) whioch really helped me in my orchestrating various styles of music.
I have had the fortune, with God's grace, to work as a session musician for the BBC in the pioneering Indian cultural programme “ Nayi Zindagi Naya Jeevan” in the early 1980's and composed music for numerous television productions such as “Into Music for BBC 2 , “Chalte Chalte” for Granada Television , “Panchayat” for Zee TV and scoring the documentary film “ Badalte Rishte” for Healthwise Productions which went to receive an award.
I also had opportunity engineer and master the film soundtrack of “Bandit Queen” , for the legendary Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. He has also produced 2 albums working with the music of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
I have also had the good fortune to accompany some of India and Pakistan's great artists, including Lata Mangeshkar, Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Manna Day, Ustad Raiz Khan, Hariharan, Ghulam Ali, Pankaj Udhas, Noor Jahan, Abida Parveen, Talat Aziz, Parvez Mehdi and many more.
I have always been interested in Yoga, meditation and growing spiritually from a very young age and spirituality played a major part in my upbringing. Although I am from a Hindu background I respect all religions and faiths and believe they all have the same message to take us to merge with God. But ultimately I am a follower of the Religion of Humanity and to make a difference in the lives of almost everybody.
However, there had come a time in my life when I nearly turned an atheist. This was due to some calamities that came my way. But I now know that once God connects with you, he will never let you fall. He will always be there testing you, coaxing you and lifting you from a fall.
In the year 1989 I was blessed to meet my Guru and Guide – Shri Sathya Sai Baba. My spiritual growth accelerated in the next few years with Sai Baba's blessings, and to help me grow further, I feel he guided to eventually meet my second Guru – Shri Shiv Krupanad Swami. This happened around October 2004 which was the same time when I met the woman of my life and I fell in love with her. She has been a catalyst in my spiritual growth since after meeting her, I met Shri Shiv Krupanand Swami and eventually had the grace of God to enrol on the Energy Enhancement course. The course is run by Satchidanandji, a modern day Guru, and assisted by Devi Diyani, a chakra clearing dance expert and Reiki Master.
My Experience in the Energy Enhancement course
Coming back to the Energy Enhancement course, let me start by telling you about one of my exciting experiences. I have done many courses but the Energy Enhancement course I feel is completely different. Firstly, the contents, I feel are inspired by higher forces and deep spirituality. I also feel that the teachings are at a level where you get a direct experience when you work on the exercises. The teachings come from world renowned Guru's, Religions and topics such as Satchidananda, Maha Rishi, Sai Baba, Gurdieff, Bhagavat Gita, The Bible, Zen Buddhists, Sufism, Mantras, Yoga Sutras by Pattanjali various sources.
My adventurous journey began when I met the love of my life about 8 months ago. Although I have known this person for over 18 years and also knew her when we were neighbours during our childhood days, I only realized that I loved her just 8 months ago….surprise surprise!!! As the time went by, I fell more and more in love with her. I knew it was pure love from the heart and unconditional but during one of my exercises in the Energy Enhancement course, I felt a strong energy of love I have never felt ever in my life. This is when I really felt and knew what love was. Everybody could see it and at one point when I shared about my experience, Devi noticed and pointed out how huge my aura looked. Now I really know what love is……….
Awakening and Clearance of Chakras
How this is done is you learn how to connect with the Universal Energy (some call it the Higher Energy, Spiritual Energy or God), and by having a direct connection with the Universal Energy you begin to clear and activate your 7 chakras (there are 7 power centres in your body and those chakras above the physical ones) and start removing blockages from your physical and your psychic bodies (aura). These blockages prevent people from growing spiritually. The Energy Enhancement course has helped me strengthen myself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually whilst building my psychic self. By doing this, you create a more harmonious life between yourself and every body around you. As Michael Jackson sang in his song “Lets make this world a better place for you, me and every body else” .
Kundalini Alignment
The awakening of the Kundalini Energy starts from the base chakra and as it rises it continues to pierce into all the seven charkas as I was told by Honey Kalaria. And when I performed this exercise, what I experienced was a powerful energy shooting into my base chakra and rising through my body, feeling like a large column of white light, piercing through each chakra at a rapid speed and shooting out of my crown chakra. The feeling was so strange. I was hot but felt cold at the same time. My hands, arms and legs were shaking and shivering and yet I was not cold………what a strange feeling and I felt connected.
My Past Life Insight
In an exercise about past lives, I saw a time when I was a Samurai Warrior in Japan. I had seen the same vision in a regression but it was little more in depth this time around. What I had seen in the regression was that I had returned home from a hard days work and when I got home, I saw my Geisha wife all dressed waiting for me but there was no food on the table. As the history suggests, Geishas were homemakers and their lives were spent in looking after the home and the family and bear children. So when I saw there was no food on the table, without hesitating, I took my Samurai sword out and took her head off. The vision I saw during my Energy Enhancement course was much more profound deep. As I went deeper into my lives, I also met my 5 Spiritual Masters and my Guardian Angels and my Higher Spirits.
What happened next was something I had not seen in my regression. I saw that I got Judgemental, Impulsive and Angry. In that anger, I judged her and took her head off with my sword!! in an impulse. But besides that, my Masters asked me to take a step back and try and find out the reason my food was not cooked and give her a chance to explain. I replayed the whole scene and came to the point where I was about to get angry and do the sin but something held me back. This time I asked her what had happened that my food was not yet cooked. She said she very ill and couldn't even manage to get out of bed the whole day but made a special effort in getting ready for me when I returned home. Had I done this, I would have not taken her head off and neither would I have gathered any negative karma from the whole episode. This exercise taught me to always be in control of my feelings and take time out to examine the situation before taking action.
Our Personalities and Strategies
In the beginning I wasn't sure where all the exercises were leading to, but then I started having some profound experiences. During the course we performed an exercise at looking in depth at ourselves, and the different personalities we develop over the years. These personalities or Inner Children have names like Insecurity, Jealous, Envy, Anger, Lust, etc which are known as Strategies. These Inner Children and these Strategies work hand in hand and in some ways, control our lives.
When I looked within myself, I initially saw 3 of these inner children – Insecure, Judgemental and Anger. You can imagine how amazed I was when I saw this. It all happened during an exercise of a past life when I was a Samurai Warrior in Japan that I shared about earlier. This exercise showed me how these inner children had developed and basically ruled my life so I started grounding them and clearing them so they would not disrupt my life in the future.
How was the course for me?
The other benefits I experienced was the teachings from different faiths and authors as mentioned earlier.
The different people I was fortunate to meet were Nipoon and his wife Florence, Roberto and others (who were from Rosario ), Santan (from South Africa ), Ramiya (from Rosario ), Vanessa (from London ). It was such a delight to be amongst these people. Such warmth and love within them. Nipoon was one of them who had such admiration for Florence that every time she shared her experience, he would just glare at her with a big smile. Just showed so much love. That way there was a connection amongst all the participants and by the end we became like a family. It was so difficult to part when the course came to completion.
With this I come to an end to this article. All that I have said and all that I have expressed is just not enough to really express how profound the course was. I am sure I speak for all who attended this course. Although it was very intense, its even more difficult to maintain the programme ongoing simply because you are back into your everyday normal life………..but something seems so different about you and everybody seems to notice that……and that's what this is all about…………

Energy Enhancement

"I didn't know much about the energy enhancement course but was drawn to it
because it teaches meditation. I wasn't disappointed, not only did it teach me
techniques of meditation which cannot be found on any other course but I also
found that some of the techniques were therapeutic.
Satchidanands and Devi Dyani's teaching was fun, interesting and not at one
point during the course did I become bored. I was also grateful that their
approach was relaxed, catering to the needs of the student - getting up at six
in the morning and practicing day and night is something I couldn't have coped
with.
Satchi and Devi have based their teaching on a variety of philosophies gained
from years of experience with various masters. I was impressed with their
knowledge, that they were able to explain some of the books that I had read,
answer all my questions and that they were free with their information.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my week here, had lots of positive experiences and
feel that I can take something back which would be of great help.
Satchi and Devi are wonderful people with open hearts, a sense of fun and
adventure and people who made me feel comfortable and welcome and who I
connected within ten minutes of being in their presence. I feel very privileged
to have met them."
Like most people with the Advanced Techniques of Energy Enhancement we teach
them how to Ground all the Negative Energies of the Emotions and Mind at the
energy level, without touching the Negative Emotions or the Mind themselves.
You just find that you are free of these negativities almost magically
transmuting the trauma of years and opening up to a new energy.
